About the
programme
Hull University Business School (United Kingdom) is now delivering its global Executive MBA programme
in Cluj-Napoca. Currently delivered in England, Singapore, Hong Kong, Muscat and Bahrain, the
programme offers a proven global business education with a track record stretching back over 20 years.
The initiative has been developed in partnership with Babeş-Bolyai University and is supported by leading
companies in Romania. The programme is designed to be both academically rigorous in its knowledge
and practical in its application.

Assessment
Most modules are assessed using individual assignments, such as essays or reports. Some are assessed
wholly or partially by examination and some require group project work.

Admission
Requirements
UBB-EE welcomes qualified individuals to apply for entry to its EMBA programme. To be eligible for admission,
applicants should normally possess:
1. A minimum of three years’ appropriate post-graduation work experience
2. A good Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to a first or second class UK Honours Degree) or an equivalent
professional qualification.
3. Applicants for whom English is their second language will also be required to demonstrate English language
proficiency
