Vision Statement:
The Town of Pines is a peaceful and sustainable duneland small‐town where residents enjoy a safe, healthy, and beautiful community and visitors are welcomed to take pleasure in the town’s recreational amenities.
Plan Objectives:

Land Use Planning Recommendations
•Adjust existing land use designations so that large commercial tracts do not bisect residential neighborhoods.

Public Utilities Planning Recommendations
•Create the requisite utility boards to be eligible for outside sources of funding
