Vision Statement: The Town of Pines is a peaceful and sustainable duneland small‐town where residents enjoy a safe, healthy, and beautiful community and visitors are welcomed to take pleasure in the town’s recreational amenities. Plan Objectives: Objective 1: Ensure residential quality of life. Objective 2: Protect and enhance the natural environment. Objective 3: Increase economic development in a way that balances residents’ and visitors’ needs.
