the north. Eh? Dudley Doo-Right’s favorite elixir
to view the northern lights. Eh? A stout flavored
with spruce, molasses, raisins and moose sweat.

Oyster stout aged with vanilla, oak and coffee.
3 “TEA SB” BY THE HIGH MUSEUM OF ART
A pleasant brown ale inspired by English tea.
We added black tea, along with Fuggles, Styrian
Golding, and US Golding hops to impart the
traditional floral, earthy, and woody notes of
tea. A London ESB finished off with classic
flavors.
4 “Y’EAST MEETS WEST, TAKE 2” BY
HOPJACKS, INC
We almost got it right last year, so we’re tweaking
the recipe a little. Inspired by Japanese Mochi
cake, our beer is a citrus and herbal blend of
jasmine green tea, mugwort mosaic and ahtanum
hops with a secret umami ingredient. Unique and
refreshing.

SweetWater’s awesome IPA serves as the
backbone to this refreshing cask. To it, we added
Summit and Sorachi hops from Japan for a
lemon and dill aroma and agave syrup for some
sweetness. This is a true mix of cultures for the
beer farmer “Cerveza Granjero” in all of us.
27 “NOVEMBER REIGN” BY TOTAL WINE
An apricot for destruction. This Belgian stout will
slash your tastebuds with brandy infused apricots,
vanilla and cinnamon sticks. Has a “rose-like”
aroma that will have you straddlin’ your bar stool.

A Belgian style ale that’s very pale and cloudy,
like a night out with “Ty Webb”. Spiced a little like
“Lacey Underall” with a hint of ginger and orange
peel! The crispness and slight twang is reminiscent
of a “Danny Noonan” swing! So we have that
going for us!!
59 “WHITE HOPS CAN’T JUMP” BY PARK BAR
My parents left me in a trash can at the Grand
Canyon with nothing but some hops, peppercorns
and a dream. With a little help from some
grapefruit, orange, and a Brewmaster, I’ve
blossomed into this spicy take on a white IPA
you’re sure to enjoy.

This scrumptiously rich stout has some sneakysubtle heat, as both chipotle and cayenne peppers
are in the mix with salted caramel and dark
chocolate.

MARLOW’S TAVERN
420 base with dried apricot, grapefruit peel, and
peach extract. Refermented with brown sugar
and 3463 Forbidden Fruit yeast. Dry hopped with
Simcoe and Apollo.
Get balls deep in this salted caramel brown ale
made with Chef Nick’s caramel and Himalayan
sea salt.

A subtle, curious exposure that tantilizes the
palate, while leaving you pleasantly refreshed.

My idea is bourbon soaked peaches, vanilla bean,
and some type of spice. #yolo.
57 “OLD BULL SMOKED STOUT” BY RALLYPOINT
To say that it took over 12,000 years to brew this
beer may smack of hyperbole but it is an accurate
statement. The smoke flavor comes from Highland
Park 18 which got its smoke flavor from peat that
formed after the last ice age. Chipping a Four
Roses barrel, soaking chips in the Highland Park
18 and maturating SweetWater’s Irish Stout with
the soaked chips takes a great beer and makes it a
wonderful Smoked Stout.

It is our seasonal Oatmeal Stout infused with
lactose, cold pressed local coffee from “Cool
Beans” in Marietta Square, and Bourbon soaked
oak chips. The lactose and oats blend together to
create a smooth and creamy mouthfeel while the
coffee adds a slight aroma and taste of a good
morning brew. Then the bourbon wakes this
hare brewed concoction up with a punch of oaky
bourbon goodness!

A 9% ABV Cask version of our Die Kreuzen Imp
Pumpkin Porter. Barrel Aged with Maple syrup
added. “The skeleton strangled you But we’re not
done ‘Cause in the time I’ve known you, So many

blackberry.
