After over 50 years of searching for these on the international market, we’ve finally obtained the classic .308 Bren
as used from the 1950s through the 1990s! Last major use was in the Falklands War, but they are still blasting
away in the Congo, Sudan, and other hot spots.
Predecessor to the MAG-58, the Bren .308 LMGs evolved in many versions, whether converted from existing Bren
models or made completely new, these guns were a formidable improvement on the .303 models. Stalwart enough
for use in the Falkland operation where British 2 Para, employed them along side the MAG-58. The magazines were
ideally made to interchange with the the L1A1 service rifle of the time. Sarco has obtained the Model L4A3 Bren
Light Machine Gun and had the receivers cut to BATF specifications. All parts are
BREN /L1A1 30RD.,
included with the kit including the 4 pieces of Demil. Rec., new made short chambered
.308 NATO MAGAZINES
barrel with all original fittings (some assembly required), and we
include 1 – 30 rd. .308 magazine! The quality of the kit is generally in
.308 Bren / L1A1 magazines are here! Steel
30rd. magazines work with both the L4 series

Evolution of the Bren stemmed from initial designs at the Brno factory in
Czechoslovakia. After licensing, patent changes, and political inclinations,
the British Commission brought the design to Enfield where production
commenced in 1937. From then on , it is a story of Hell, Death, and Destruction…. As one of the finest machine guns put to use on modern battlefields.
Bren Mk1 LMGs were the most expensive to make and perhaps the best
looking with all of it’s intricacies . Timing of production was excellent as in
less than 2 years, the ‘Tommy’ and Commonwealth soldiers would be carrying it into battle at Dunkirk, El Alamein,
Borneo, D-Day and untold of altercations and sorties as the Axis powers were rolled up. Ultimately, it served with well
over 30 countries and can still be found in remote regions. Our Bren Mk1 kit comes with all parts shown including a
very good MK1 barrel, five - .303 magazines, and the original receiver cut in 4 pcs per the BATF requirement.

Regarded as the lightest of the Bren Guns, the MK3
had lightening cuts made to the receiver and usually
was found with a barrel @2-3/4 inches shorter than the
MK2 series barrel. Nevertheless, both sized barrels were
used on this gun in WW2 . This model was envisaged as
an answer for Airborne and Infantry troops fighting in
the jungles of the Pacific, but actually once production
started in 1943, it found its way to every theater of the

the shield reproduced from an original. A smart

These are all of the parts except the receiver for the early model 7.62mm Italian BM59SL
rifle. This rifle is essentially a standard M1 Garand semi-automatic that has been modified to use
20 rd. BM59 magazines, and has been chambered for 7.62mm Nato ammunition. It retains the
well proven Garand sights, trigger mechanism and gas system, while doing away with the 8 round
Garand clip in favor of a 20 round detachable box magazine. These parts sets can be assembled on
an M1 Garand receiver which will require a few modifications to accept the new feed system. Parts

except for several features that are unfinished to comply with BATF directives
classifying these as Non-Firearms in their present condition. Slide rails, hammer & sear pin holes, mainspring housing retaining pin, and ejector leg holes
remain to be applied. Grip screw holes are drilled and tapped. The frames can
be easily modified to Series 70 with the use of a commonly available adapter
shim. The Steel frame accepts the ‘Clark©’ type 1911 barrel while the Aluminum
frame accepts standard 1911 barrels. A BATF letter of ‘non-firearm’ status,

GUIDANCE FOR YOUR PARA SLIDE PURCHASE
All our Para slides are cut for the series 80 type firing pin interlock. Complete slides are built
with series 80 parts and a ramped barrel that will fit in 1911 frames that are modified for ramped
match barrels. You can build these up to work in standard U.S. G.I. 1911 type (series 70) pistols
if you wish, However doing so disables the safety features of the series 80.
Striped single action slides will work on any standard series 70 or 80, 1911 frame (series 70 is the
standard 1911) when built with the appropriate parts.
The Para LDA is a double action slide that will work only on Para LDA frames. You can however
cut the disconnector scallop in and use the slide on any standard series 70 or 80 1911 frame.
The 6" and 5" slide use standard 1911 recoil spring plugs and barrel bushing. The 4.25" slides
use Commander type recoil parts. The 3" and 3.5" slides use a unique recoil mechanism that is
available commercially.
There are 2 variations of extractors used on these Para slides. The first is the standard type which
uses any standard .45 extractor. The second is a PXT type. On this style the forward part of the extractor support rib is slightly larger in diameter. We have read that people have used G.I. extractors
as they are the same diameter in the back. PXT extractors or adapter bushings are available from
other sources. We will also soon have these available.

Here you have a faithful reproduction of the ZF39 Scope as used by German Snipers
during WWII. This scope has the proper finish, weight, size and steel tube diameter
(26.5mm) to install the low turret mount and short side rail mount that
Germany produced for their Sharp Shooters (Scharfschutzen). The power
scope has bullet drop compensator that runs from 100 to 1,000 meters, with
increment marks every 50 meters and a focus adjustment vane. The three-post
reticle and clarity is superb, both ends are just hand tight in order to remove and
install closed rings low turret mounts, if other mount is going to be used, just
tightened by hand all the way. Now you have the chance to get your Mauser 98K or
long rifle fitted with the optics and mounts that made the German Sniper System so
