We’ve taken our traditional family recipe and created
a dish that will impress your guests. We start with
ricotta cheese blended with spinach and roll it in
fresh pasta, finishing with a light tomato sauce that

Longo’s offers you two varieties of our authentic
lasagna, each made from our traditional recipe.
Beef Lasagna – Prepared with seasoned ground
beef, a blend of mozzarella and ricotta cheese and
layered between fresh pasta and a zesty tomato
sauce. Vegetable Lasagna – Prepared in the same
manner as our beef lasagna except we've substituted beef for an impressive selection of
garden-fresh vegetables.
In the true style of ‘fusion cooking’ before the term
was coined, we have taken traditional Italian penne
pasta cooked al dente (firm) and tossed it in Italian
tomato and Alfredo sauce mixed with Russia’s
finest export – vodka! The richness of the sauce
combines with the bitterness of vodka for an
international festival on your taste buds.
Our cannelloni is prepared with the same care as
manicotti except we substitute the cheese filling
with a tender and lightly seasoned meat filling.
4. Stuffed Shells
If you love cheese, you’ll love this. We take fresh
ricotta cheese blended with spinach and herbs and
stuff our savoury creation into fresh pasta shells.
Finished with a tomato sauce made with only the
