Host your ceremony indoors in front of the
grand fire place of the Overlook lodge or on
the deck of the Overlook lodge with fantastic
mountain views. The Overlook lodge can
comfortably seat 200 people for dinner in the
great room.
For smaller, more intimate weddings &
ceremonies, guests can choose the brighter, but
cozier garden room for their ceremony which
can accommodate 75 people comfortably.
For the most spectacular views, take the
skyride to the top of the mountain and enjoy
the wide open mountain views. Bring any
number of guests to the top to share in your
special moment at the summit and then head
back down to the Overlook lodge for your
reception!
We offer a variety of different packages
and options for you to choose from at your
request. It will be our pleasure to meet with
you and discuss any additional requests and
information that will make your special day the
most memorable day of your life!

BELLEAYRE SPECIAL EVENT POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Belleayre requests that all requirements be submitted to the Belleayre events coordinator
at least 2 weeks prior to your function. If your wedding is taking place at the summit,
Belleayre requires that you contact us 48 hours in advance or the Thursday before your
special event to make a decision as to whether or not due to weather you would like to
move your event indoors. *Most special requests may be accommodated with advanced
notice.
We reserve the right to move your group to a more appropriately sized room or location
should your final count be considerably less/more than the guaranteed count.
All food and beverages must be served by Centerplate. No outside food or beverage can
be brought in to the function with the exception of wedding cakes/ specialty. Centerplate
holds the contract as sole catering service provider at Belleayre Mountain.
DÉCOR:
Please notify us of your needs in advance if you will need assistance with the installation
and/or the materials needed for your decorating i.e. ladder, scissors, tape. The
maintenance fee is included in your base price. Caution is requested when attaching
items to walls, doors, or ceilings. Any damages due to careless decoration become the
customer’s responsibility. All decorations must be cleaned up on the prearranged date or
they become property of Belleayre Mountain/ORDA.
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION:
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time your event is contracted payable to: Belleayre
via cash, check or credit card. This deposit fee will be listed in your event agreement.
*Any remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date of the event for the number of
people you guaranteed in addition to any changes affecting the balance of the original
agreement. Your credit card will be charged for any remaining balance if previous
payment arrangements have not been made by signed agreement.
You will be responsible for 100% of the anticipated revenue if the event is cancelled 90
days or less prior to the event. All or a portion of this amount would be refunded to you if
Belleayre, in good faith, is able to re-book without incurring a loss of revenue.
CENTERPLATE GENERAL TERMS
AND CONDITIONS NOTICE:
We require a non-refundable deposit upon booking your event, which will be credited to
your final invoice.
Full payment of expected charges must be settled at least (10) days prior to your event.
We require a signed and executed copy of : The Centerplate event contract, all event and
event change orders
Guaranteed minimum number of guests are due ten (10) days prior to your event , final
guest counts are due seven (7) days prior to your event.
All prices per person are subject to New York sales tax and 18% event management fee.

Menu prices cannot be guaranteed for more than ninety days, due to possible market
fluctuations. Menu prices valid for events that take place in 2015.
