Whole Hog Roast:
A whole hog, marinated, seasoned and slow-cooked to
perfection; served intact on your buffet line with a full fruit
garnish. The meat is carved as guests come through the buffet
line for a truly genuine and memorable hog roast experience!
Drunken Pig:
Pork shoulder is slow-cooked (braised) in beer for over 10 hours
with bacon, onions, garlic and our unique seasoning blend for the
most mouth-watering sandwich. Top it with our signature Captain
Morgan BBQ sauce.
Tipsy Cow:
Our beef is rubbed with our own spicy blend of seasonings and
braised in beer for over 10 hours with green peppers and onions.
Wobbly Chicken:
Our chicken medallions are rubbed with garlics and our spicy mix
of seasonings, then braised in beer (of course)! Gluten-free also
available.
Bourbon Teriyaki Chicken:
A favorite family recipe with Lola’s stamp of approval! This
chicken is jacked up with a shot of bourbon and a hint of the
orient- now available in chicken wings or chicken breast
tenderloins.
Boozy Brisket:
Bourbon-infused beef brisket baked low and slow then chopped
into bite-sized, melt-in-your-mouth portions. Perfect for piling
high on our bakery fresh buns and topped with one of our
signature BBQ sauces!
Steak Dinner:
Who wouldn’t like a big, juicy, bourbon-marinated rib-eye
steak grilled to perfection?! Add some of our Signature Sides
and it will truly be a meal to remember!
Fabulous Fajita Bar:
Choose from Bourbon Steak Strips, Drunken Pork, “Saucy”
Shrimp and/or Tequila Lime Chicken . Includes sour cream,
guacamole, shredded cheese, salsa, diced tomatoes, red onions,
jalapeños, cilantro rice, refried beans, tortilla chips and soft taco
shells. Try it with our new “vertical buffet” display!

Let Lush Lola’s provide your guests and/or wedding party with a unique
and fun wedding favor. We have 3 oz. glass flask BBQ sauce bottles that
we fill with our sauce recipe and label with your own customized label!
We can also design customized shot glasses to be filled with Captain
Lola’s Signature Rum BBQ sauce at each place setting- a fun twist on a
traditional “shot”!
