Non-Refundable Fee: $45 - Arts/Craft/Retail - includes electric (1) 120 volt outlet
$100 - Snack (Bagged items: kettle korn, pork rinds, cotton candy; sno cones,
Roasted corn, etc. Please call to find out if you fall into this category.
Includes (1) 30 amp breaker- if higher is required, $50 additional fee.
General Rules:
 Vendors are responsible for any KY Sales Tax.
 No animals except working guide/leader dogs. No flea market/garage sale items. No alcohol sales.
 Failure to abide by rules will result in removal from event with no refund of fees
Booth space is for a 10x10 spot for both days. You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.

All applications must be received by May 15, 2015.
Set up will be between 9am-3pm on Friday and must be ready to open by 4pm. If you need to set up earlier, contact us at the above phone number to make
arrangements. I agree to maintain my area at the Bourbon City BBQ Festival, Inc. from at least 4 pm to 9 pm on Friday, June 5, 2015 and from 10 am until 9 pm on
Saturday, June 6, 2015. Security will be provided overnight however, we recommend that valuable merchandise be removed when you are not at your site.
Waiver of Liability: We reserve the right to reject any application. Your money will be refunded if application is not accepted. No refund will be issued once you
have been accepted. Photos taken of your booth on site will become the property of the Bourbon City BBQ Festival, Inc. and may be used for promotional purposes.
All vendors agree to indemnify and hold the Bourbon City BBQ Festival, Inc. and its employees, volunteers and event sponsors harmless from any and all claims
made against the Bourbon City BBQ Festival, Inc., including without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages or attorney’s fees, arising out of
or in connection with any structure erected by vendor, equipment or personal property used by vendor and any claims made on account or resulting from vendors
participation in the Bourbon City BBQ Festival, Inc.
