ABOUT THE 6TH ANNUAL LONG BEACH BBQ FESTIVAL
Large citywide event featuring the WORLD’S BEST BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork,
Tri-tip, Sausages, Chicken and more. The KCBS sanctioned BBQ competition
is fierce and the flavors rich as award-winning pitmasters battle local barbeque
grillers to produce the best that their secret recipes have to offer. This BBQ
extravaganza and music oriented event is an all-in-one outdoor family festival.
With live entertainment featuring famous headliners and musical groups,
dancing, VIP Rib Village with all you can eat ribs, chicken, pulled pork, salad,
sides, desserts with drinks, giant food court, children’s stage and area, arts &
crafts and adult beverages, all in an festive atmosphere, this is a great event
for all ages. Over 10,000 festival goers attend.
LOCATION
Rainbow Lagoon, Park Drive & Shoreline Village Drive in downtown
Long Beach. The festival is part of the city’s grand annual Sea Festival.
The festival is an upscale musical event, dining, drinking, dancing and family fun.
