YOUTH ACTIVITIES
Gymnastics
Youth Golf Lessons
Gymnastics develops strength, balance, coordination,
flexibility and confidence. Our non-competitive
activities allow children to develop positive self-image as they experience success at their own level and
progress at their own rate. The preschool level
concentrates on motor skill
development and serves
as an introduction to
gymnastic exercises and
equipment. Beginners
work on floor exercises,
balance beam, uneven
bars and basic vaulting.
The advanced students
will follow these routines,
but on a more challenging
level. The listed ages for
each level serve only as a
guideline, as students may
be moved to a more appropriate level to match their ability. Classes sizes limited.
Our youth lessons are sure
to be a hit with all ages and
provide young players with
the opportunity to learn a
life long sport. Chris Jones,
PGA Professional, will lead
instruction. Players will learn
the fundamentals of the full
swing, pitching and chipping, putting, and course
etiquette. Equipment requirement.
