2. Time table: Build-up – Opening Hours - Dismantling
2.1 Build-up and dismantling
The official construction begins on Sat. June 14 at 8.00 am .
The standard booths (presentation table with rear panel) will be ready to move in by Saturday, June
14th , 3:00 pm.
Individual stand construction can be started at Tuesday, June 14th at 8.00 h and have to be finished
not later than Saturday, June 14th 8.00 pm.
All booths must be staffed until June 16th, 6 pm.
Dismantling starts at June 16th, 6 pm and has to be completed by 12.00 pm.
2.2 Delivery
Emergency Routes:
All routes for the fire brigade to move must be kept free at all times. In emergency cases cars and
equipment will be removed on cost and risk of the owner.
Delivery
Delivery will be made on the Georg-Glock-Str. 20 from the left side of the Hilton hall (Rheinlandsaal).
Delivery vehicles can be parked in the hotel car park.
2.3 Opening Hours

3. Stand Construction
3.1 Standard System Booth
Including:
 Info Counter: 140cm wide x 75cm deep x 110cm high, white color
 Back wall:
250cm high x 150cm wide, white color
 The Info Counter is lockable
 On the front side we will print the Global Art of Perfumery logo.
 It is allowed to customize the info counter and the back wall

Newcomer area
Presentation desks will have no back wall. Instead you will get a DIN A 1 brand panel. Please send
your logo data to [email protected]. Deadline 25th of May.
3.2 Individal Stand Construction
12 sqm spaces can be equipped and furnished individually. In the appendix of this document you find
the order forms of our partner Erberich.
Maximum building height is 2.5m. Your booth must have a closed wall towards your neighbour.
Stand construction that is not approved or not according to the rules will not be accepted and will be
changed or dismantled on the exhibitors cost.

3.4 Technical Rules
Fire Protection:
The halls are equipped with fire detectors and extinguishing systems. These facilities must not be
blocked by any equipment. That also applies for electric terminal boxes and ventilating systems.
Open fire:
Open fire is strictly prohibited.
Stand construction and decoration equipment:
Readily flammable material and burning drip down material must not be used.
Decoration material must be flame retardant according to DIN 4102. This attribute must be proved
upon request.
Motor vehicles:
Exhibiting motor vehicles is only allowed with written approve of the organizer. CI engines may only
hold a maximum of 1 liter of fuel, the battery must be pinched off.
Drilling:
It is strictly prohibited to drill any holes in any stone- or woodwork of the hall.

3.4.1 Power Connection
A power connection can be ordered at InnoFairs. Please send an e-mail with specification of KW and
amp.
3.4.2 Water
A water connection is not available.
3.4.3 Gas
Gas is not allowed.
3.4.4 Insurance
All legal regulations for aligning and operating of your products and machines must be hold. All
exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment. Please review your casualty and expand it if
necessary.
We strongly suggest not to keep any valuables at your booth unattended. At night the halls are
closed and guarded. The organizer does not adhere for any damage or loss.
3.4.5 Miscellaneous
o Cleaning
Your booth will be vacuum cleaned every morning and your waste basket will be emptied.
o Garbage Disposal
If you have a bigger amount of waste to be disposed, please contact the organizer.
3.5 Temporary Staff
If you need hostesses, cleaning staff, craftsmen or other booth staff, you can order it directly at

4. Exhibitor Badges
o Every exhibitor is granted a certain amount of free badges, based on their booth’s size::

o Exhibitor badges are valid from build-up untill dismantling hours.

5. Fair Catalogue
We will print a catalogue with all exhibitors to be delivered to all visitors.
We have created an online form, which we may ask you to fill in before May 20th 2014.

1. Angebote, Leistungen und Lieferungen des Vermieters erfolgen ausschließlich aufgrund dieser Mietbedingungen. Spätestens mit der Entgegennahme der Mietgegenstände gelten diese Bedingungen als angenommen. Gegenbestätigungen des Mieters unter Hinweis auf seine
Geschäftsbedingungen wird hiermit widersprochen.
Telefonische Bestellungen, mündliche Nebenabreden oder Abweichungen von diesen Mietbedingungen sind nur wirksam, wenn der Vermieter
sie schriftlich bestätigt.

Mietmobiliar
2. Maßgebend sind die in der schriftlichen Auftragsbestätigung des Vermieters genannten Preise zzgl. der jeweiligen Mehrwertsteuer.
3. Die Mietgegenstände sind vom Mieter bei Veranstaltungsschluss abholfertig bereitzustellen oder, falls vom Mieter beim Vermieter abgeholt,
auf Kosten und Gefahr des Mieters am Firmensitz des Vermieters zurückzugeben. Bei vorzeitiger oder verspäteter Abreise hat der Mieter die
Pflicht, den Vermieter hiervon in Kenntnis zu setzen. Die Wirksamkeit des schriftlich vereinbarten Abholtermins der Mietgegenstände wird
hierdurch grundsätzlich jedoch nicht berührt, ungeachtet der Verpflichtung des Mieters, den Vermieter von einem möglichen, früheren Abholtermin in Kenntnis zu setzen.
4. Die Mietgegenstände werden ausschließlich für den vereinbarten Zweck zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei verspäteter Rückgabe der Mietgegenstände werden die hierdurch entstehenden zusätzlichen Kosten berechnet.
5. Schriftliche oder telefonische Aufträge, die nicht spätestens eine Woche vor Messebeginn beim Vermieter eingegangen sind, können ohne
besondere Benachrichtigung ersatzweise mit gleichwertigem Material ausgeführt werden.
PREISE
Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich
Mehrwertsteuer.
Preise sind gültig für Düsseldorf;
alle anderen Orte auf Anfrage.
Preise gelten für die Dauer einer
Messe, max. für eine Laufzeit von 14
Tagen.
ANSCHLÜSSE
Der Anschluss an die Elektro-/
Wasserversorgung wird vom Kunden
übernommen.
HAFTUNGS-AUSSCHLUSS
Preisangaben sind ohne Gewähr.
Alle angegebenen Maße sind ZirkaMaße. Geringfügige Abweichungen
sind möglich.
Farbbeispiele können druckbedingt
vom Original abweichen.

Alle im Katalog aufgeführten Firmenund Produktnamen sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und sind Eigentum der
jeweiligen Inhaber.
6. Der Mieter ist berechtigt, bis spätestens drei Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn vom Auftrag zurückzutreten. Bei einem Rücktritt zu einem
späteren Zeitpunkt ist der volle Mietpreis zu entrichten, falls dem Vermieter keine Weitervermietung möglich ist. In diesem Fall werden nur
die bis dahin entstandenen Bearbeitungsgebühren berechnet. Für bereits angelieferte und danach zurückgegebene Mietgegenstände ist in
jedem Fall der volle Mietpreis zu entrichten.
7. Der Mieter hat sich bei Anlieferung vom ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Mietgegenstände zu überzeugen. Offensichtliche Mängel müssen
dem Vermieter unverzüglich, spätestens jedoch innerhalb 24 Stunden nach Anlieferung mitgeteilt werden. Darüber hinaus hat der Mieter den
Vermieter unverzüglich zu unterrichten, falls die Mietgegenstände nicht komplett gem. der schriftlichen Auftragsbestätigung am Stand sind
- die Mietgegenstände beschädigt worden sind - Mietgegenstände vom Stand abhanden gekommen sind - oder Mietgegenstände komplett
oder teilweise nicht mehr benötigt werden.
Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, bei Zugriffen Dritter auf die bestehenden Eigentumsrechte hinzuweisen und den Vermieter unverzüglich zu
benachrichtigen.
8. Die Haftung des Mieters für die Liefergegenstände - auch Teile derselben - beginnt mit der Anlieferung. Die Gefahr für Untergang und Beschädigungen der Mietgegenstände endet erst mit der Rückholung durch den Vermieter (bei Messen, auch wenn der Mieter bereits den Stand
verlassen hat), längstens jedoch bis zu 24 Stunden nach Veranstaltungsschluss, es sei denn, dass ein verspäteter Abholzeitpunkt verabredet
wurde oder der Mieter die Gegenstände nicht abholfertig bereitgestellt hat.
Der Mieter ist darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass die Mietgegenstände nicht versichert sind. Es empfiehlt sich daher, eine Ausstellungsversicherung abzuschließen, die sich auch auf die Auf- und Abbauzeit erstreckt.
9. Sind die Mietgegenstände insgesamt oder teilweise mangelhaft oder fehlen ihnen zugesicherte Eigenschaften, liefert der Vermieter nach seiner
Wahl unter Ausschluss sonstiger Gewährleistungsansprüche des Mieters Ersatz oder bessert nach. Mehrfache Nachbesserungen sind zulässig.
Der Mieter ist zum Rücktritt berechtigt, wenn innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist gleichwertiger Ersatz nicht geliefert werden kann. Weitergehende Gewährleistungsansprüche für mittelbare Schäden oder Folgeschäden sind ausgeschlossen.
10. Rechnungsbeträge sind ohne Abzug sofort fällig und zahlbar, wobei die Rechnungen normalerweise während der Messeveranstaltung am
Stand vorgelegt und bezahlt werden.
Der Mieter ist zur Aufrechnung, Zurückbehaltung oder Minderung, auch wenn Mängelrügen oder Gegenansprüche geltend gemacht werden,
nur berechtigt, wenn die Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt oder unstreitig sind.
Gerät der Mieter in Zahlungsverzug, so ist der Vermieter berechtigt, Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 4 % über Wechseldiskontsatz zu berechnen
zzgl. der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
11. Der Vermieter haftet nicht bei Vermittlung geschäftsfremder Arbeiten.
12. Für diese Geschäftsbedingungen und die gesamten Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen Vermieter und Mieter gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik
Deutschland.
Soweit der Mieter Vollkaufmann im Sinne des HGB ist, ist Düsseldorf ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle sich aus diesem Vertragsverhältnis
unmittelbar oder mittelbar ergebenden Streitigkeiten. Erfüllungsort für beide Teile ist Düsseldorf.
13. Sollte eine Bestimmung in diesen Geschäftsbedingungen oder aber eine Bestimmung im Rahmen sonstiger Vereinbarungen unwirksam
sein oder werden, so wird hiervon die Wirksamkeit aller sonstiger Bestimmungen oder Vereinbarungen nicht berührt.

1. All of the lessor‘s offers, services and deliveries are effected in accordance with these rental conditions. These conditions are considered as
accepted upon receipt of the rented items at the latest. Counter confirmation of the lessee with reference to his conditions of business do not
apply in this case.
Orders made by telephone, all oral supplementary agreements or any deviation form these rental conditions are only effective if confirmed
in writing by the lessor.

2. The prices specified in the written order confirmation of the lessor, plus VAT, shall be definitive.
3. At the end of the exhibition, the rented items are to be made ready to be picked up or, should they have been picked up from the lessor by
the lessee, they are to be handed back at the business premises of the lessor at the expense and risk of the lessee. In the event of premature
or delayed departure, the lessee is obliged to inform the lessor of these arrangements. The effectiveness of the pick-up deadline of the rental
items agreed in writing remains unaffected by this, despite the obligation of the lessee to inform the lessor about any possibly early pick-up
deadline.
4. The rented items are placed at the disposal of the lessee to be used exclusively for the agreed purpose. In the event of the rental items being
returned late, the additional costs arising from this shall be charged.
5. Written or telephone orders, which have not been received by the lessor, at the latest one week before the trade fair begins, may be executed
by substituting materials to the same value without any particular notification.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices
are valid for Dusseldorf, all other
places on request.
Prices are valid for the duration of the
fair, max. for a period of 14 days.

supply is taken from the customer.

6. The lessee is entitled to withdraw the order up to three weeks before the start of the exhibition at the latest. In the event of withdrawal
after this point in time, the full rental price is payable should there be no further possibility of the lessor being able to rent this equipment.
Otherwise only the administration charges generated up to that point are charged. In the case of rented items already having been delivered
and then handed back, the full rental price is to be paid in all cases.
7. The lessee must satisfy himself as to the proper condition of the rented items upon delivery. Obvious deficiencies must be reported immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours of delivery, to the lessor. Moreover, the lessee has to inform the lessor immediately, should the rented
items supplied to the stand be incomplete according to the written order confirmation - or it the rented items have been damaged - or if rented
items have been lost - or if rented items are either partially or completely no longer needed.
The lessee is obliged, in the event of access by a third-party, to indicate rights of ownership and to notify the lessor.
8. The liability of the lessee for the delivered items - and also parts of the same - commences at the moment of delivery. The lessee‘s risk of
destruction and damage of the rented items ends only when the lessor retrieves them (this also applies for exhibitions where the lessee has
already left his stand), but up until 24 hours after the exhibition has ended at the latest, unless, a later pick-up time has been agreed, or the
lessee has not made the items ready to be picked up.
The lessee is notified that the rental items are not insured. For this reason it is recommended that the lessee takes out an exhibition insurance
policy which also covers the periods of setting up and dismantling.
9. If the rental items are completely or partially deficient or deviate in some way from their assured description, the lessor will supply replacement items according to his choice and excluding other sundry guarantee claims of the lessee, or he shall carry out any improvements. It is
permitted to carry out improvements several times.
The lessee is entitled to withdraw if replacements to the same value cannot be supplied within a reasonable length of time. Any further
guarantee claims for indirect or subsequent damages are excluded.
10. Invoice amounts become due and payable immediately and without deduction, wherein the normal practice is for the invoices to be
presented and paid for during the course of the exhibition.
The lessee is only entitled to compensation, retention or reductions, even if complaints or counter-claims have been asserted, if the counterclaims have been established as being valid in law or are not disputed.
Should there be a delay in payment, the lessor is entitled to charge interest on the delayed payment at a rate of 4% above the bank rate,
plus VAT.
11. The lessor accepts no liability for arranging work to be done by non-company personnel.
12. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to these business conditions and to the whole legal relationship between lessor and
lessee.
Provided that the lessee is a general trade within the meaning of trading legislation, Düsseldorf is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all
arguments arising either directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship. The place of settlement for both parties is Düsseldorf.
13. Should a stipulation contained in these business conditions or, however, a stipulation made within the framework of other agreements, be
or become unworkable, then the effectiveness of all other stipulations shall remain unaffected by this.
