As we look towards the Vikram Sadi 2066, the CGPS Committee has planned some
exiting events for our Samaj. Chh Gam Patidar Samaj is sponsoring the Navaratri at
Essex County College, NJ on Saturday September 26th, 2009.
Chh Gam Patidar Samaj will provide 4 FREE Tickets(for all the paid
members from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010). You will be able to get the
ticket at the door when you come for the event and please remember, these
tickets are FREE
FREE. This event is open to the public so please ask your friends
and other family members to attend this function. Please make your best effort
to attend this function and support CGPS. Sponsors for this event are greatly appreciated.

Our annual Diwali Dinner – 2009, will be held on Sunday October 18, 2009 at Chutney
Manor, 3793 US-1 South, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. CGPS committee and its
planning committee also looked at the overall economy on 2009 and decided to reduce
price for the Diwali Dinner. We encorage

to meet, greet and enjoy your evening with your Chh Gam Vasi. At the Diwali Dinner, we
will have Garba, Raas as well as other entertainment at the dinner, Please come and join
us to bring in the new Vikram Sadi 2066 as we go forward.
The education scholarships that were awarded during our summer picnic showed the
educational talent. Our youths have great educational talents and diversity as seen by the
participation in the scholarship program. The future of our youth holds great promise The
summer picnic was held in New Jersey and every one had a very good time. I wish to
thank all the members who helped during the picnic, for their support.
Lastly, as the new year comes, I kindly ask that you help our Chh Gam Patidar Samaj to
florish and bring all our people togather as one. I ask that you also help the CGPS with
your new ideas to flourish the samaj and I strongly encourage the younger people to help
us with the samaj. I encourage the young and old to attend all of our events as much as
possible.
Let us all stand together to achieve the goals of Chh Gam, and preserve the Chh
