433 Chabanel embodies the revitalization of the whole district. It gathers together under
one roof the full spectrum of the fashion and design world. The south tower mezzanine
attracts offices, sales agencies and showrooms while the upper floors offer smart, fresh,

construction of chic industrial lofts and large-scale office use.
