2012 FAMILY PICNIC
Plumbers Local Union No. 1 invites our members and
their families to attend our ANNUAL FAMILY
PICNIC for 2012. Again this year the picnic will be
held at beautiful Krucker’s Picnic Garden. Krucker’s is
a private picnic site surrounded by ponds and
woodlands, 45 minutes north of New York City.
Directions and a map can be found on the back of this
flyer or on Krucker’s website. The picnic grounds
provide covered areas for your comfort as well as all the
amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool,
basketball & volleyball courts, softball fields,
horseshoes, ping pong, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD
OR ISSUED AT THE GATE!
Due to Krucker’s policy, absolutely NO TICKETS
WILL BE SOLD OR ISSUED ON THE DAY OF
THE FAMILY PICNIC. ALL tickets must be
purchased (or issued) in advance. Unfortunately, there
can be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Please remember to bring bathing suits & towels,
softball gloves, sun block & hats.
Arrive early and ease into the day with coffee and
donuts being served from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Starting at 11:30 AM hamburgers, cheeseburgers,
turkey burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken and Italian
sausage will be served. Clams on the half shell,
watermelon & ice cream will be served at various times.
Soft drinks and beer will be served at all the picnic food
stations from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Our Annual Family Picnic will END at 6:00 PM
Please be advised: Krucker’s does
NOT ALLOW skateboards, rollerblades, boom boxes,
pets, bicycles or water guns at the picnic grounds.
EACH PERSON OVER 3 YEARS OLD MUST
HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND.
EMPLOYED MEMBERS PAY $30.00 FOR
MEMBER, SPOUSE AND MEMBER’S
DEPENDENT CHILDREN 18 AND UNDER.
RETIRED MEMBER AND SPOUSE ATTEND
FREE OF CHARGE.
UNEMPLOYED MEMBER AND SPOUSE
ATTEND FREE WITH NO CHARGE FOR
DEPENDENT CHILDREN 18 AND UNDER.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS OF ANY MEMBER
OF ANY AGE $20 PER GUEST.
IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN RIDE
TO THE PICNIC BY BUS!
YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO
RIDE THE BUS!
ADULT TICKET - $10.00
17 AND UNDER - $5.00
BUS TICKETS ON SALE UNTIL
TUESDAY JUNE 5th ONLY.
NO BUS TICKET SALES AFTER THIS DATE!
BUSES WILL LEAVE FROM THE TRAINING
CENTER AT 9:30 AM SHARP! NO EXCEPTIONS.
Purchase tickets at the Union Hall or at Trade
Education. ONLY Checks or Money Orders will be
accepted at Trade Education - no cash or credit cards.
