Fall 2011 Moving Forward with Technology In this ever changing world of technical advancements, we are continuously looking to create new products and delivery methods to meet your financial needs. As we approach our first full year since our system enhancement, let me share a few of the milestones we’ve achieved. With the new format of our account statements, we now have the ability to incorporate mandatory regulatory requirements while providing a visually friendly document to review your account activity. Please note, in our effort to “go green” we welcome the opportunity to send these statements to you electronically also. Our home banking site now allows you the ability to: view all cleared checks on your personal checking account(s). You can also pay your Olean Area FCU Credit Card bill on-line. If you need a new debit, ATM or credit card, we can create it in a matter of minutes. Simply stop in our Wayne Street location and ask for a Member Service Representative to assist you. Most recently, we’ve added EALERTS, which has been very exciting for our members. With this service, you can be notified by e-mail or text when a check or a range of checks post to your account. In addition we can notify you when a deposit over a certain dollar amount is made or when your loan payment is due. Considering the overwhelming popularity of this service, more alert options are in the development stages at this time, we’ll keep you posted! It’s important to note, while we continue to add new technology and services for our members, we will always be ready to assist you in person. We realize there are many members who prefer to stop in our credit union to discuss their needs or transact their business.
