DR. DEBRA
HAGERMAN-ROGERS
grew up in western Kentucky
and started riding horses at 5
and began showing at 7. She
worked at her family’s public
training stable

her teenage and college years
and after her education, operated an equine mobile
practice in the Lexington, KY area for 12 years. She was an
animal practice, does some equine practice, and shows
her American Saddlebred mare, My Moonlite Serenade.
DR. BILL AUSTIN
A love for hands-on interaction
with animals led him to acquire
an existing small practice in
South Miami in 1961. 37 years
later he reluctantly sold this
practice leaving behind 3rd
