7/16” Socket and Ratchet
Using a 10mm wrench, remove factory OEM plastic guards and put aside. Remove tire prior to
beginning for easier install.
For Front Guards - Rhino 660, 450 all year models, 2008+ Rhino 700
B. Install Trail Armor guards using new bolts with washers supplied. From the bottom side of guard,
insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock nut to the top side of guard. Finger tighten.

On the inside rear of the guard, place strap clamp over the top of the rear of the A-Arm. See
picture 2. Insert ¼ - 20 x ¾ bolt and washer from the bottom side of guard into the small strap
clamp. Secure with ¼-20 nylock nut. Tighten all fasteners.
For Rear Guards - Rhino 660, 450 all year models
D. Follow steps A of front guard instructions.
E. From the back side of the A-Arm guard, insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock nut
to the inside of guard. Finger tighten. See picture 3.

From the bottom side of the A-Arm guard, insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock
nut to the inside of guard. Finger tighten. See picture 4. Insert ¼ - 20 x ¾ bolt and washer from
the front side of guard and install nylock nut to the inside of guard. See picture 5. Tighten all
fasteners.
For Rear Guards - Rhino 2008+ 700
A. Remove factory plastic guards, retaining factory screws. Install Trail Armor rear guards using
factory screws.
