Groups and Charters
Charters are available year-round in Seward.
Group transportation to Seward by coach or rail
can be arranged.
What to wear…
Even on the warmest summer days, the temperature
on the water can be cool, especially in front of the
glaciers. We recommend guests dress in layers so they
are comfortable at the different stages of the cruise. All
our vessels offer heated, enclosed cabins, but to really
experience the wildlife and glaciers of Kenai Fjords, you’ll
want to spend some time on the observation decks.
Those planning to be on the outside viewing decks should
bring a rainproof jacket, hat and gloves. Comfortable
walking shoes with rubber soles are also important.

Resurrection Bay Wildlife Cruises
For those with limited time, our Resurrection Bay
Cruises are perfect. Each cruise follows the coastline of
Resurrection Bay, viewing wildlife, a piedmont glacier (a
glacier that terminates on land rather than in the ocean)
and magnificent scenery. Guests learn about the natural
history of the area from our experienced captains’
narration. Both Resurrection Bay Cruises include a stop
at Fox Island for a remote Alaska experience. On Fox
Island, enjoy a complimentary wild Alaska salmon and
prime rib meal. Add a half-pound of chilled Alaska king
crab for a nominal fee.

National Park Tours
Northwestern Fjord Tour
This is Alaska’s most popular wildlife and glacier cruise!
These 6-hour and 8.5-hour wildlife and glacier cruises
give passengers the chance to view an active tidewater
glacier. Guests will also see a variety of wildlife that
resides in the park. The 8.5-hour tour includes our
Fox Island Experience, where guests step ashore on
Fox Island for a complimentary buffet-style dinner of
wild Alaska salmon and prime rib. Guests can add a
half-pound of chilled Alaska king crab for a nominal
fee. While dining, a National Park Ranger presentation
reveals facts and important information about the area
to our guests.
Our premium 9-hour tour cruises deep into the heart of
Kenai Fjords National Park. This glacially carved region
is known for its five tidewater glaciers, steep cliffs and
abundant wildlife. Our tours are the best way to see this
pristine National Park and its inhabitants. We also visit
the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge, island
home to teeming sea bird rookeries. Approximately 150
miles roundtrip. Includes breakfast snack and lunch on
board.
