CONDITIONS OF SALE: Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are accepted at our Chicago office only. Two per cent discount for payment within ten days from date of invoice—
30 days net. All candy prices are f.o.b. our factory in Chicago where title passes to consignee on delivery to carrier. Merchandise is never shipped on consignment or guaranteed sale. Any changes that
may be made in our terms or in these conditions of sale are issued only in writing from the home office in Chicago. Chocolates will be shipped only at buyer's risk during June, July and August. Performances
of contracts and delivery of all or any part of such contracts are contingent on and subject 1) to the seller's ability to obtain supplies and raw materials, 2) the seller's ability to comply with requirements
or regulations of the U. S. Government, 3) the seller's acceptance of U. S. Government contracts, and 4) strikes, fires, wars, acts of God, and any and all causes beyond seller's control.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY: Full credit will be allowed within 45 days from date of invoice if any of our candy becomes unsalable due to the condition of the candy itself. We must, however be notified
in writing at the home office in Chicago within that period and the candy must be inspected by our representative. 50% credit will be allowed after 45 days but within 90 days from the date of invoice under
the same terms and conditions. The candy must be held for disposition instructions from the home office in Chicago. This guarantee does not apply to chocolate candies shipped during June, July and

CONDITIONS OF SALE: Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are accepted at our Chicago office only. Two per cent discount for payment within ten days from date of invoice—
30 days net. All candy prices are f.o.b. our factory in Chicago where title passes to consignee on delivery to carrier. Merchandise is never shipped on consignment or guaranteed sale. Any changes that
may be made in our terms or in these conditions of sale are issued only in writing from the home office in Chicago. Chocolates will be shipped only at buyer's risk during June, July and August. Performance
of contracts and delivery of all or any part of such contracts are contingent on and subject to 1) the seller's ability to obtain supplies and raw materials, 2) the seller's ability to comply with requirements
or regulations of the U. S. Government, 3) the seller's acceptance of U. S. Government contracts, and 4) strikes, fires, wars, acts of God, and any and all causes beyond seller's control.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY: Full credit will be allowed within 45 days from date of invoice if any of our candy becomes unsalable due to the condition of the candy itself. We must, however, be notified
in writing at the home office in Chicago within that period and the candy must be inspected by our representative. 50% credit will be allowed after 45 days but within 90 days from the date of invoice under
the same terms and conditions. The candy must be held for disposition instructions from the home office in Chicago. This guarantee does not apply to chocolate candies shipped during June, July and
