We are delighted once again to invite sponsors to Flite Fest 2016. We believe that sponsoring this event is very valuable and very different than being
a vendor:
Being a vendor at Flite Fest means that you have purchased a space to sell
wares or to promote a brand.
Being a Flite Fest sponsor uniquely identifies and positions your company
as an official partner of Flite Fest: a contributor to the atmosphere we curate
at the event and a financial supporter of the event that thousands of people
consider to be their RC home.

There are some new specialty sponsor positions so be sure to check those

Sponsor positions will be offered first to previous Flite Fest sponsors and then
the remaining positions will be opened to new sponsors and offered on a
first come, first served basis.

The Gold Sponsor package positions your brand
for maximum exposure before, during, and after
Flite Fest 2016.
We aim to give your brand a strategic presence at
Flite Fest that aligns with the community as well as
premium positioning across all of Flite Test’s available channels; the Gold Sponsor package will
place your brand before any other brand, sponsor
or vendor at the event. Your company name/logo
will also be used in all Flite Fest promotional and
marketing material.

Key Banner Placement
Your banner will be placed at the entrance to the
event as well as at the center of the main flight
line. (All banners must be mailed in prior to the
event.)
Build Tent Sponsorship
This is a 100’ x 40’ community area where group
builds and repairs can occur, as well as large
challenge builds that are sure to draw a crowd.
A banner with your logo/company name will be
displayed at the entrance of the Build Tent.

A positive for any Flite Fest sponsor is that their
branding reach will not only extend to the
thousands of attendees, but also to the tens of
thousands of people watching the event from
home.
Flite Test has over 20,000 Periscope followers and
95,000 likes on Facebook, both of which will be
used to live stream video at the event. We also
do a Flite Fest YouTube episode every year. Last
year’s Flite Fest video currently has 60,000 views.
Your brand will be recognized as the lead sponsor
in all of the above content.
Future Flite Fest Events
As the Gold Sponsor, you will be given first right
of refusal to sponsor future Flite Test events (Flite
Fest 2017, Flite Fest West, etc.)

The Flite Fest build tents are one of the main attractions of the event. We will have three 40’ x 100’
build tents that are designated specifically for
building and repairing your airplanes. Your brand
will be recognized for making one of the three
build tents a reality.

At Flite Test, we are all about education and
teaching people new things. That’s why we are
introducing the Flite Test Building Series at Flite
Fest 2016. This is a completely hands-on speaking
session series. Participants can practice and learn
fiberglassing, hot wire cutting, balsa building,
airplane design, electronics nuances, working with
carbon fiber and many other topics – all housed in
an enormous 100x40 tent.

Pilot Packet Sponsors
We need Pilot Packet Sponsors!
To be a pilot packet sponsor, it’s very easy. Simply
donate something for us to put in the pilot packet
that each of the arriving pilots will receive.
This could include: small promotional items, a
coupon for your product(s), stickers, glue,
magazines, brochures, business cards or anything
that you would want to get into the hands of every
pilot attending Flite Fest.
We are expecting a LOT of pilots at Flite Fest this
year, so you must be prepared to make a 1000pc
donation (and must be willing to provide for ALL
registered pilots beyond 1K potentially up to
1,500 or even 2,000 pilots). Must contact us by
05/15/16 to be eligible for consideration.
