From the A358 (Tytherleigh) take the right hand turning passing the Tytherleigh Arms on the
right hand side of the road. Continue through the village of Chardstock. As you proceed up the
hill, take the first left hand turning signed Cuckold’s Pit Lane. Continue forward to the end and
the land will be found on the left hand side of the road and will be identified by a For Sale Board.
The property is sold, and as far as required by the vendor, will be conveyed, subject to all rights
of way, easements, and wayleaves of telegraph and telephone poles, stays and wires, electric
pylons, poles and cables, water and gas pipes at present erected on and passing over or under
