The sale of this land offers prospective
purchasers the rare opportunity to acquire a

this popular rural hamlet. The land which is
undulating permanent pasture and is
contained
within
natural
hedgerow
boundaries. Due to the nature of the land it is
ideally suited to a variety of agricultural,
equestrian or amenity uses. In total the land
extends to approximately 9.12 acres.
From Taunton take the A358 towards
Minehead turning left by the West Somerset
steam railway towards Halse. Continue on
this road across the common where you will
come to a grass triangle. Turn right here and
take the first left towards Northway. Continue
along this road taking the first right by
Northway Farmhouse and as you proceed
along this road you will come to another Tjunction where you turn right as signposted to
Chapel Leigh. Continue along this road and
as you drop down the hill, the land can be
found on the right hand side as marked by
the For Sale board.
The land is of freehold tenure with vacant
possession available upon completion of the

and any tenders received will be subject to
contract and the vendor is not obliged to
accept the highest nor any other tender.

The land does not currently benefit from
any mains services, however it is
understood that there is a mains supply in
the adjoining road.
Prospective
purchasers must make their own
investigations with regard to connection
to this supply. The vendor has also
indicated that he willing to grant an
easement over his retained land to allow
a connection to this supply should no
other connection e possible.

The sporting rights are in hand and will be
included in the freehold.
