2- Nos Tissus « Nouvelle Génération »
Un progrès issu des nouvelles techniques pour le bien des utilisateurs et de
l’environnement ! L’introduction progressive de tissus sans trace de plomb dans nos
gammes participe dès aujourd’hui à cette évolution, avant même l’application des
dispositions européennes prévues à l’horizon 2012.
Les produits fabriqués dans du tissu sans plomb sont estampillés du label “sans plomb”
en 3 langues (français, anglais, espagnol).

The gradual introduction of fabrics without traces of lead ahead of the European directive
coming into force in 2012.

1- Unsere Werkstoffe haben zahlreiche und unwiderlegbare Eigenschaften !
Jeder Werkstoff ist für eine bestimmte Berufsaktivität geeignet und ausgelegt :
geschmeidig, widerstandsfähig, isolierend. Unser Werkstoffprogramm erfüllt die
persönlichen Erwartungen der verschiedenen Berufe.
2- Werkstoffe “neuer Generation“
Ein Fortschritt, der aus neuen Techniken stammt zum Wohle der Anwender und der Umwelt
zu Liebe. Die schrittweise Einführung von bleifreien Werkstoffen in unser Programm trägt ab
sofort dazu bei. Diese Maßnahme haben wir bereits getroffen, bevor die europäische Union
entsprechende Gesetze um 2012 verabschiedet.
Erzeugnisse aus bleifreiem Material tragen ein eindeutiges Logo in drei Sprachen
(französisch, englisch, spanisch).

fréquence pour étancher les coutures de nos vêtements de protection contre les intempéries. Cette
technique est la solution la plus efficace et la plus fiable. De la conception du produit à l'outil pour
le fabriquer, tout est réalisé dans nos usines.
Une certaine idée du développement durable : Simplicité et solidité sont les qualités souhaitées par
nos clients pour leurs vêtements de protection. Nous y attachons une grande importance, ce qui
contribue à fidéliser les utilisateurs de notre marque. C'est aussi une démarche plus économique
que d'utiliser du vêtement "jetable" (Kit de réparation p.34). Moins de renouvellement, moins de

Guy Cotten know how as a manufacturer
Guy Cotten has become an expert in high frequency welding : for over 40 years we have been
using this most efficient and reliable technique to seal the stitches on our protective garments. The
design of the products as well as the tooling to manufacture are all made in our factories.
Simplicity and strength are the mains qualities required by our customers for their protective
clothing. Our aim is to keep very faithful customers, using long lasting garments which in the longer
term means a more economical solution with a far lower consumption of raw material and less to
be retreated (Repair Kit p.34).
To guarantee a reliable and constant quality of materials we are very faithful to our suppliers which
are also very close to our factories.

Jahren angewandt um Nähte unserer Regenbekleidung abzudichten. Diese Schweisstechnik ist die

unseren Werken entwickelt und hergestellt.

La condensation maîtrisée par la technique de l’isolation !
Dans le ciré traditionnel, la condensation est un phénomène naturel, inévitable, qui se
produit dès qu’il y a une différence sensible entre la température du corps et celle de
l’extérieur. Elle est encore amplifiée si l’hygrométrie est importante !
Le procédé ISOLATECH améliore largement le confort de l’utilisateur.

Condensation is a natural phenomenom that occurs inside traditional waterproofs as soon
as there is a difference in temperature between the outside and the inside of the garment.

La Capuche « MAGIC » (Modèle breveté)
La seule capuche qui tourne avec la tête, mieux, elle suit absolument tous
ses mouvements : en haut, en bas, à droite, à gauche. Voilà enfin la
capuche qui se fait oublier !
Grâce à ses réglages élastiques souples :
• Elle apporte une liberté de mouvements inégalée
• Elle ouvre un champ de vision toujours dégagé
• Elle évite les entrées d’eau sur les côtés du visage

Chacune des couches possède une fonction
propre qui, une fois combinées, développent une
incroyable efficacité :
Partie centrale en 3 éléments :
- Une membrane à structure moléculaire non
poreuse, “intelligente” : Quand la température du
corps monte, l’espace intermoléculaire de la
membrane augmente, aidant à une évacuation
plus rapide de l’humidité. N’étant plus constituée
de simples pores, elle reste donc imperméable à
l’eau et au vent. Et cela même quand elle est
étirée de façon très importante et soumise aux
traitements les plus rudes.
- Une enduction micro-poreuse qui augmente
encore les performances de résistance à l’eau et
au vent.
- Un lien entre ces 2 couches.
Tissu extérieur très résistant à toutes les
agressions extérieures : abrasions,
déchirements… traité déperlant haute
performance et anti-taches.
Doublure intérieure contre-collée. Elle évite une
doublure complémentaire et permet d’obtenir
longévité, performance et confort.

Etanchéité : 20 m de colonne d’eau. Evacuation
de l’humidité : 4000 g/m2 par 24 heures.
NYLPÊCHE (qualité exclusive)
Conçu et mis au point pour la société. Le soin
apporté à l'enduction, qui contient uniquement
des plastifiants nobles, explique l'excellente tenue
de ce tissu aux variations de températures, ainsi
qu'aux huiles et graisses. La technicité du
Nylpêche assure une résistance et une étanchéité
inégalées tout en conservant une grande
souplesse. Composition : support polyester 150
g/m2. Enduction : PVC double face (sans charge)
riche en plastifiants nobles (335 g/m2).
CAP-COZ
Un tissu éprouvé, au confort optimum :
l'enduction extérieure généreuse apporte une
robustesse et une étanchéité à toute épreuve, tout
en conservant une excellente souplesse et une

An already proven waterproof fabric providing
maximum comfort : The generous outer coating

Mittlere Schicht bestehend aus 3 Elementen :
- Eine nicht poröse Molekularmembrane, die “mit denkt“.
Wenn die Körpertemperatur steigt, vergrößert sich ebenfalls
die Membrane, was dazu führt das Wasser bzw.
Feuchtigkeit schneller ausgeschieden wird. Da nicht porös
bleibt die Membrane wasser- und winddicht. Dies ist auch
der Fall, wenn die Membrane extrem beansprucht wird und
sehr ausgedehnt ist.
- Eine Mikro-poröse Beschichtung unterstützt den Widerstand
gegen Wasser und Wind.
- Eine Bindung zwischen den beiden Schichten.
Die Außenhaut ist sehr widerstandsfähig gegen
Auswirkungen von Außen : Verschleiß, Beschädigung…
Das Außenmaterial ist wasserabweisend und gegen Flecken
behandelt.
Die Innenseite ist verklebt, somit ist der Einsatz eines
zusätzlichen Futter überflüssig desweiteren erreicht man eine
längere Lebensdauer und mehr Komfort.
