Sounds good, right? Come and learn how to employ various tools for an effective job search. We will
review the importance of creating a useful framework for your job search, employing organizational
and time management strategies. We will also discuss self assessment tools used to define yourself
and better focus your efforts. In addition, we will review the myriad of resources that are available on
line to help you research opportunities. This workshop covers all of the components that go into a successful searchdon't miss it!

This 6 week group is composed of 12 (maximum) individuals who have committed to attending weekly, thereby creating
a supportive "community". The group offers participants an opportunity to improve their job search by:




identifying weekly goals
seeing "what gets in the way" of meeting those goals
developing actions steps to complete those goals and learning and sharing job search strategies
gaining awareness of your "job search" strengths and areas that require more development
Support & Report Program was developed early on by Ruth Rosenblum, LCSW, in response to requests by C2C clients
who expressed a need for more structure, accountability and support in their job search.

Jewish Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction
Location: 845 North Broadway, North White Plains
This is an experiential workshop for both those who want to learn the basics and those who want to review the basics
of Jewish Mindfulness Meditation practice. Scientific research again and again shows the many benefits of meditation
practice, including improved mood, clearer thinking and reduced stress. Come join- you have nothing to lose and more
of yourself to gain. *PLEASE NOTE- SESSIONS BEGIN ON TIME, AND OUT OF COURTESY TO ALL
PARTICIPANTS, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE SESSION ONCE THE MEDITATION BEGINS.
Facilitator: Ruth Rosenblum, LCSW, C2C Clinical Social Worker. Ruth is a long time practitioner of Mindfulness Meditation and has
been teaching Jewish Meditation practices in Westchester for several years.
