Ultrasonic flowmeter

This flowmeter refers to time-and-frequency
ultrasonic flowmeters. It operates using the
transit-time differential method, based on
difference of propagation time for ultrasonic
waves travelling down- and against the
stream.
PRAMER-510 allows to measure liquid
consumption in both directions of the flow
in pipelines with diameter up to 2000 mm.

Automated control, monitoring and
vibration-based diagnostics systems
Control and testing systems, developed and produced by ZAO "PromServis", are
intended for control and testing of pump, compressor, ventilator units, turbines,
heat-exchange equipment, systems of radioactive substances cleanup, storage and
maintenance in the process of operation.
The key point of systems designed by "PromServis" is defining a condition of all
nods and components of a unit as a whole, i.e. taking into account their mutual
influence. This approach allows to detect existing malfunctions and predict their
development as well as to find out their source.
Our steady-state systems are based on hardware and software system "Sadko".
They are able to control nearly every combination and quantity of technological,
vibroacoustic and specific characteristics, detect current faults, maintain control
according to the algorithm of a customer

Portable testing systems “DIES“ series estimate real technical conditions of any
rotating equipment , have the following options:
predicting of the condition, balancing in its own bearings, repair and operation
control of the equipment under diagnosis.
“DIES” is applied, for example, at Joint Stock Company “State Scientific
Center – Research Institute of Atomic Reactors” (JSC “SSC RIAR”),
Kalinin atomic power station, Balakovo atomic power station.
In addition to testing systems we can supply
automated workstations for maintenance and
repair of all kinds of equipment, as we did for
OAO LUKOIL- Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez,
Nizhniy Novgorod.
The combination of available automatic control system with our testing and
control systems, automated workstations and software modules, linking our
systems with available automatic control system, can provide brand new
maintenance and repair management.
This system will automatically take into account real condition of the
equipment under testing and predict its condition, terms of routine
maintenance, availability of spare parts,
change of operation mode, etc.
Energy consumption dispatching system "Sadko-Teplo“ was designed on the basis
of software and hardware complex "Sadko“. It is a hardware and software system
intended for automated collection and processing of data received from
accounting devices (flowmeters, heat meters, electric meters, gas meters).
This system combines possibilities of centralized and distributed control.
Emergency information (flowmeter’s turning on/off , fire and security alarm
actuation) is transferred to the supervisory console, data link channel with a
secondary device becomes available for transmission of stored information that
can be used for the purpose of further cost accounting and operating efficiency
analysis.
Various versions of automated units BARS -02 for
linking and transmitting data were designed and
modified in the process of development and
improvement of the system.
Nowadays we produce BARS - 02 units with
Ethernet and GSM modules.
Traffic monitoring system is designed for data accumulation about
intensity of land transport passenger transportation by means of calculation of
doorway openings crossings by passengers. This calculation is executed with
help of infrared sensors.
The key principle of crossing detection is based on reflecting of sensors’
infrared rays. The sensors are installed at the top of vehicle’s doorway openings.
The following ways of data transmission to control station are possible:
- through GSM-900/1800 (GPRS) cellular channel;
- direct data transfer to the portable computer by means of wire connection
with recording device installed at a vehicle.
Software of the control station provides
- transmission of commands and data from
recording devices at each vehicle;
- data processing and storage;
- data visualization by means of user
interface.

At each passenger transport vehicle one set of the
following devices is to be installed:
1) recording device - automated unit for
registration and communication BARS -01-T
2) sensors LUCH-M / LUCH- MS one unit per each doorway opening
(not more than 80 cm wide);
