HI-TECH PNEUMATIC FENDERS (HPF)
HI-TECH Pneumatic Fender uses the elasticity of the compressed air,
which has no variation or deterioration in performance for years of
usage. HPF provides more safety against excess loads by absorbing very
high energy without any considerable increase in Reaction Force, like in
other solid fenders. HPF keep floating over the water surface and are
adaptable to high and low tide levels; this facilitates low and uniform
surface pressure at any time of berthing.

HI-TECH SLING PNEUMATIC FENDERS (HSPF)
The HI-TECH Sling Pneumatic Fender, has no harnessing mass like that of the chain-net type,
and hence the handling and maintenance is easier and faster. HSPF are most widely used for
naval applications, passenger vessels an d where abrasion due to metal harnessing is not
acceptable. These are also available in grey colour, as non-marking fenders.

HI-TECH HYDRO PNEUMATIC FENDERS (HHPF)
HHPF are partially filled up with water and then pressurised with air . This hydroreinforncement provides better stability during loading. Additional stability is made possible
by mounting a ballast at the bottom end of the fender.

These fenders are primarily used
for applications where the contact is
below water level, as that in
berthing of submarines and underwater / special vessels. The air to
water volume ratio is altered to
meet specific energy absorption
requirements.
HI-TECH NOVA CONE FENDER (HNC)
These Fenders makes an effective use of0 its cone shaped section in
taking up angular berthing loads, upto 10 berthing angle, without any
change in its Energy Absorption capacity.

It withstands the shearing action of angular load and thus are more
durable, strong & stable. The unique feature of lesser throw distance
allows more and faster loading operations.
The Fenders are normally installed with a UHWMPE lined frontal frame
which helps in reducing the frictional forces and hull pressure.

HI-TECH CELL FENDER (HCF)

The hollow cylindrical shaped section of these fenders
buckles radially and causes multidirectional dispersion of
the relatively higher amount of the absorbed energy with
low reaction force.
These Fenders are installed with a Frontal Frame with
UHMWPE cladding providing more surface contact, lesser
surface pressure and less friction.
HI-TECH "Z" TYPE FENDER (HZF)
They have very high resistance to shearing loads and are
durable even in high loading applications. These are
normally installed in pairs and mounted with an UHMWPE
clad steel plate on the surface incident to loads.
Alternatively, the UHMWPE clading is also done directly
on the rubber surface of the fender to reduce steel
corrosion problems and easier handling.

HI-TECH "Z" type fenders have a combination of
economical & stable sectional structure, with a possibility
of varying dimensions in modular installations, to suit
custom requirements. These fenders are versatile in
nature and suit to a wide range of applications.

HI-TECH EXCEL AT FENDER (HXAT)
The EXCEL AT fenders are an improvised design of AT Fenders. A
steel frontal frame duly mounted with UHMWPE is bolted on to the
loading face of the fender. This provides lesser friction to the fender
body and hence reduced wear and tear. This frontal frame distributes
the load evenly on the length of the fender and provides better safety
to the fenders against the point loads.
This design also provides an increased energy absorption ratio, as a
larger contact surface area is available with higher resistance to static
and dynamic shear loads.

HI-TECH MT FENDER (HMT)
HI-TECH MT Fender is a very efficient design amongst the range of
available solid dock fenders. The special "M" shaped section of the
fender allows a very high Energy Absorption with comparatively lower
Reaction forces.

Its typical section allows a larger contact area compared to the AT
Fenders and thus reduces the hull pressure. Also, the shape is designed
to distribute the stress multidirectionally which ensures more

HI-TECH AT FENDER (HAT)
HAT Fender by its virtue, is both economical & having excellent
functional performance. The fender design shows excellent shear
resistance, in most applications. A large choice of length variation is
possible to suit various energy absorption requirements.

HI-TECH TRAPEZOID FENDER (HTF)
HI-TECH Trapezoid Fenders are very compact in design compared to
the AT Fenders and are preferred in applications where mounting space
is the major criteria. A large choice of length variation is possible to suit
various energy absorption requirements.

HI-TECH CYLINDRICAL FENDER (HCT)
HI-TECH Cylindrical Fenders are the most common of all and are

HI-TECH has developed a Corner Protection system using some of the more suitable fender
types from within its own range. The selection of fender types depend on the application and
specific changes are incorporated in the installation of such fenders, so as to protect the
vulnerable areas and corners of the jetty. Special fixtures and fastners are also developed to
take up such typical installation.

HI-TECH has brought about a technological breakthrough by
developing Steel-reinforced Rubber Buoys over the conventional MS,
GRP & FRP fabricated buoys.
The HI-TECH Rubber Buoys have a resilient surface which make it an
ideal installation in the navigational system. The Buoys are typically
designed to take up mooring loads & bending moments induced during
its operation. The significant advantage of the HI-TECH rubber buoys
lies in its elastomer molded structure, which imparts excellent
resistance to water, oil, ice, sunlight, Marine fouling, abrasive surfaces
and are completely resistant to the effects of corrosion. The buoys are
rugged, lightweight stable and can be easily deployed.
All IALA recommended Topmarks, Daymarks, Radar Reflectors and

Maintenance Contracts of Fendering Systems as well as for Buoys. The outstanding advantage
of this facility lies in its ability to revive life in such fenders and thereby providing an extended
working life to the Fendering system and a substantial cost-effectiveness for any project.
