The purpose of the task force is to: . \. e Recommend essential elements for an adult day' care center program and senior citizens activity center program. · The task force will consist of between nine and eleven members appointecj by the City Council to serve until the adult day care and senior activity center programs are in place. The task force will include representatives from other city advisory boards, citizens of all ages, and citizens with profeasional expertise in senior programs.
