From picking you up at the airport, to dropping you off at the
end of the trip, we will be on hand throughout to help you
and your guests. We are there to solve any problems or
issues that arise and attend to the small details that make a
great trip memorable. We can be as hands on as you want,
or we can simply be in the background or on the end of the
phone to take care of any hiccups, emergencies or requests,
We will ensure all restaurants, bars and clubs are ready to
receive your group, and ensure you get the best service
everywhere you go.

We hosted a large media group there this winter
and it was been a real success. Les 2 Alpes is
2.5 hours from Lyon airport and ticks all the
boxes in terms of skiing for all levels, après-ski
and night life.
The town is compact, and all the bars and nightclubs are within a short distance from the hotel. There
is also a lift directly outside the door of the hotel.
- Return airport transfer from Lyon or Geneva airport
- Accommodation for 3 nights, B&B, in various size rooms (twin, triple,
quadruple and five)
- 3 day ski pass
- Ten80 organisation and event management throughout
Proposal Strengths:

Great resort, lively apres-ski and nightlife

Skiing for all levels, with lift system picks up right outside the hotel

Good quality hotel, with variety of room sizes and separate bar

All bars and nightclubs just a short walk from the hotel
NOT INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL PRICES
Flights - although we can organise. Normally around £180-£200 per person for BA or Swiss group
booking with name flexibility. We can also do Easyjet if the timings work at a reduced rate.
Lunches - we will however get discounts at selected mountain restaurants
Dinners - we can organise cheap group options like burgers/pizzas/fondue/raclette etc
Ski equipment rental - we can get a cheap reduced package on-line, and individuals can book and
pay before they arrive.
Additional activities - we can organise a sledging night as discussed.
Ski lessons - we can organise this, and price per person will depend on how many people are in each
group, separated by ability.
Travel/skiing insurance - we are not allowed to organise this, therefore it is everyone's own
responsibility to make sure they have this.
ADDITIONAL ORGANISATION
When we organise trips for large ski groups, we will supply 3 members of Ten80 staff looking after the
group on the ground. In preparation for the trip, we take care of ski passes, transport, ski lessons,
equipment hire, accommodation, etc, but we also get reduced rates and private areas in bars for
evenings and après-ski. We can also organise group meals to accommodate all budget sizes,
additional activities etc. We provide agendas, mini agendas, maps, vouchers, wristbands to ensure
the smooth running of the trip and to maximise everyone’s enjoyment and participation. Essentially
we will make sure you get the best value possible everywhere you go, and you will not need to worry
about any of the details whilst you are there.
