Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 on personal data processing and protection or Privacy Code Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 on personal data protection, we would like to inform you that Wonder SpA holds and will be in possession of your
data regarding the relationship between you and the company itself.
These data are and will be processed through the use of computerized electronic means and/or manually, if necessary according to the law, pursuant to the principles of lawfulness and fairness in
order to protect your privacy and rights.
Your data cannot be used for other purposes than those stated below and will be kept exclusively for such purposes and within the terms required by law.
In particular, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (a) complying with legal requirements, such as accounting and tax; (b) fulfilling the contractual obligations you accepted;

credentials list of Wonder SpA possibly together with the type of services we provide you.

However, we will be able to proceed with our services, if you do not you consent the processing purposes specified in previous letters (d) and (e).
Your personal data may be disclosed, for the purposes indicated, among other things, to: (1) whoever is a legitimate recipient of communications provided by law or regulations; (2) companies
managing administrative services; (3) our company’s consultants; (4) other companies, including foreign ones, with which a correspondence relation exists.
We would also like to inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to potential customers for the purposes specified above in sub letter (e) and disclosed with the clients and credentials list of
Wonder SpA on brochures or in our offers or when participating in contract tenders.
In view of the existence of on-line connections or correspondence with the above mentioned subjects, your persona data may be forwarded abroad, also outside the EU.

Art_ 7_ Right of access to personal data and other rights

individuals in charge.
3_ The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed illegally, including those for which storage is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were
collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification stating that operations mentioned in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as far as their contents are concerned, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except
for the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or requires a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.
4_ The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons related to the processing of his/her personal data, also if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of forwarding advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. I declare giving my
