with correct quantity and totals. Once completed, email or fax the form and send payment. All entrants have special requirements,
such as photo or description. If you are outside of Malaysia, please email us for further instructions about submission or payment.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Entrant agrees with the rules set by Art of Speed.ASiA and agrees to follow
the instructions given by Art of Speed.ASiA & Staff at all times. By completing
and submitting this form, entrant agrees to release Art of Speed.ASiA, event
staff, employees, and anyone connected to the event from any and all known
or unknown form of damage, injury, loss, judgment, claims, or any case
whatsoever that may or may not be linked or related to this event. Entrant
agrees to assume all responsibility for their own actions and property at all
times before and after the show and will not hold Art of Speed.ASiA accountable for any loss or damage, suffering, physical or mental, at any degree
whatsoever.
Furthermore, entrant expressly agrees to indemnify Art of Speed.ASiA from
any and all liability resulting from or related to this event. Art of Speed.ASiA
will cooperate fully with all entrants to the best of its ability to ensure a
successful event enjoyed by all. Entrant agrees to abide to all laws, safety
regulations, fire ordinances and maintain proper conduct for a family oriented
event.

Terms & Conditions of Entry
OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM
Completion of the Official Entry Form is essential. No participation will be permitted without it.
All entries are accepted subject to, and with acceptance of, these event terms and conditions, including liabilities, costs and
fees. All entries remain provisional until you register your vehicle at the event itself.
Full or partial refund of any entry fee after this date is solely at the discretion of the organisers. Refunds are not given to
cancellations on or after the entry deadline.
ELIGIBILITY
Employees and families of employees of Art of Speed.ASiA/Initium Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to enter. The decision to
permit or decline participation is entirely and solely at the discretion of the organisers and no correspondence, dialogue, or
any other form of communication or explanation for any such decisions will be entered into or provided.
Specifically the organisers reserve the right to deny participation to any builder/owner and vehicle on the grounds of
decency related matters and taste. This includes, but is not limited to, the use and display of messages, forms of words,
images or designs that are considered by the organisers to be unsuitable; and to behaviour or behaviours that the organisers, also at their sole discretion, deem inappropriate.
Entries will only be accepted by the builder or owner of an entered vehicle and any award entitlement is to the owner of a
winning entry.
Vehicles must be registered in advance of the event date. Space is limited and subject to change, and registration can be
closed without notice. Each vehicle will be issued with an entry identification number before their participation is
confirmed. This identification number must be presented with the vehicle at the time of onsite registration.
Vehicles must be presented at the event facility between 8am and 10am on Saturday 7th June 2014. Bikes arriving
outside these times without prior arrangement with the organisers may be refused entry.
WORKING ORDER
All vehicles must be capable of starting and running. Entrants will be required to prove that they are 'runners' in order to
claim an award, either by submitting video evidence in advance of the event or passing a 'run test' as part of the registration
process.
VEHICLE DISPLAYS
All entrants will be required to provide a brief technical specification of their entered vehicle(s) in advance of the event
date, which will be used on the display placard identifying their vehicle. No additional display materials including, but not
limited to, flyers, business cards, boards, logo signs, posters, lighting, reflective flooring or other props are permitted to
enhance the bike display.
Vehicles must remain in place at all times until the event closes at 6pm on Sunday 1st June 2014. There are no exceptions
to this rule unless informed by the organizers.
NUMBER OF VEHICLES
The organisers reserve the right to set a limit on the number of vehicles any single builder/owner may enter.

CLASSES : MOTORCYCLE
Subject to the nature of your bike(s), you can enter one of the classes that may also be offered, at the time of registration.

CLASS DEFINITIONS
Open Class/ Free Style/Chopper
One-off, ground-up built or modified bikes, on all or any chassis platforms or drivetrains.
Bobber/Jap Style
One-off, ground-up built or modified Japanese, Local or British based bikes, on all or any chassis platforms or drivetrains.
Stripped down & barebone motorcycles with early 50’s bobber influence & current Japanese inspired designs ala Bratstyle.
Modified Harley-Davidson
Stock Twincam or earlier (including Screamin' Eagle/JIMS) engine cases. The stock frame/Harley platform geometry can be
changed including weld smoothing and other moldings and sheet metal additions, tab and or bracket relocation or removal and
arising smoothings/moldings (such t bracket relocation for example). Swingarm/rear-end changes, of any kind, including replacement swingarms, are permitted; fat or skinny rear end conversions are permitted; as is frame or rear-end lowering or raising.
Case internals can be replaced, along with cylinders, heads and internals.
Turbo chargers, super chargers, NOS kits etc are permitted. Frames and cases can be from two different Harley-Davidsons.
Use of aftermarket frames allowed.
Café Racer/Street Fighter/Pro Street
A class designed to showcase customs where the primary intention of the customiser is to improve the street and drag
performance of a motorcycle, and showcase the customiser's streetable performance engineering, tuning and handling skills,
style and techniques. Open to all or any kind of motorcycle, of any platform or drivetrain, air-cooled or liquid-cooled (or even
alternative energy). Open to ‘inch’, 'metric', Whitworth/AF, and SAE measure bikes. Open to all kinds of performance engineering
and enhancement/tuning techniques, including super charging, turbo charging, NOS, fuel injection etc.
Use of some contemporary parts/design elements is permitted.
Restored Classic Scooter - Open CC & Make
Any scooter, with any drive train on any chassis configuration manufactured prior to 1986. Must be based on a pre-1986 engine,
and styled to have the appearance of a motorcycle manufactured prior to 1986. Use of some contemporary parts/design elements
is permitted.
StreetCub & Choppy
Must be based on a pre-1986 engine, and styled to have the appearance of a motorcycle manufactured prior to 1986.
Restored Retro Japanese
Must be based on a pre-1992 engine, and styled to have the appearance of a motorcycle manufactured prior to 1992.
Best of Show
Open for all registered vehicles competing in ANY class on all or any chassis platforms or drivetrains.
Selection will be made by VIP judging panel.
Restored Classic Continental and American
Open to all Classic (25yrs) British, Italian, German and other Continental and American motorcycles.
The stock frame geometry must be maintained. Use of some contemporary parts/design elements is permitted.

CLASS DEFINITIONS
Custom Retro Japanese (Pre-1986)
Must be based on Japanese Brand vehicle registered prior to 1986. Any engine & drivetrain while maintaining stock chassis
configuration. Styled to have the appearance of a vehicle manufactured prior to 1986.
Use of some contemporary parts is permitted.
Custom Retro Pick-up (Pre-1992)
Must be based on Japanese Brand vehicle registered prior to 1992. Any engine & drivetrain while maintaining stock chassis
configuration. Styled to have the appearance of a vehicle manufactured prior to 1992.
Street Custom & Hot Rod
Any vehicle (air-cooled & water-cooled @ pick-up, wagon, coupe, van & etc), with any drive train on any chassis configuration
manufactured prior to 1986. The primary intention is to showcase the ‘Hot Rod & Street Custom’ look traditionally associated with
use of flames & pinstripe, lowered stance, engine work, custom exterior and interior. Open to all kinds of performance engineering
and enhancement/tuning techniques, including super charging, turbo charging, NOS, fuel injection etc.
Custom Volkswagen Air-Cooled
Open to all Aircooled Volkswagen. The primary intention is to showcase the ‘So-cal’ look – DKP, Rat Rod, Lowrider attitude.
Mod Stance ( Late Model Post 1992 )
Any vehicle – Euro, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, USA with any drive train on any chassis configuration manufactured from 1992 to
Nation attitude.
Open to all kinds of performance engineering and enhancement/tuning techniques, including super charging, turbo charging,
NOS, fuel injection etc.
Street Machine
Open to all Classic (25yrs) American, Australian & similar vehicles & current American models with V8 engines only.
The primary intention is to showcase the builder/customizer/restorer’s work to maintain or improve the performance & looks of a
vehicle. Use of some contemporary parts is permitted.
Best of Show
Open for all registered vehicles competing in ANY class on all or any chassis platforms or drivetrains. Selection will be made by
VIP judging panel.
Custom Continental
Open to ALL European brands registratered prior to 1996. Lowered stance, engine work, custom exterior and interior. Open to all
kinds of performance engineering and enhancement/tuning techniques, including super charging, turbo charging, NOS, fuel
injection etc.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Where possible, all vehicles will be photographed for use in future promotions of, but not limited to, Art of Speed.ASiA 2014.
Photo CDs will be provided to all entrants, together with inclusion in the event website registry as part of the event's Competitor Care Program. (This may be changed without prior notice)
All entrants accept that copyright of all or any images or information concerning them or their bikes arising from their
participation are the property of Initium Sdn. Bhd., as owners of the Art of Speed.ASiA 2014, and that these may be shared
with all or any other media for royalty/payment-free use at the sole discretion of Initium Sdn. Bhd.
Specifically, the organisers must be informed, at least 14 days prior to the event, of any entry subject to an 'exclusive' contract
prohibiting publication of show photography as this affects our ability to accept its entry, as Initium Sdn. Bhd. cannot be
denied the right to use images and details of vehicles in its general news releases and features. Any such contract subsequently signed must acknowledge Initium Sdn. Bhd.'s precedence of photographic rights as stated above.
Participant and attendee photography for personal use is permitted. Permissions for image or information usage will never
be unreasonably denied. The organisers simply ask for event naming rights and photographer credits to be observed, stated
and recognised/acknowledged as appropriate.
JUDGING
A VIP panel will conduct judging. The decision of the judges is final. In the event of a tie on points for any award, a judges
meeting will be held to decide on winner.
AWARDS
Awards will be presented in each of the classes.
The awards ceremony will be held at 3.00pm on Sunday June 8th 2014.

How to make AOS.ASiA14 interesting for you?
We hope everyone will enjoy themselves at this
event and make it a memorable one! To make it
colourful, fun, enjoyable, exciting and festive as it is
for you and also your target consumers! This is how
we do it at AOS.ASiA14.
How to win?
The #ChampBooth contest is our initiative to
encourage all our vendors to be creative in their
own way this year. We would love to see our vendors
to creatively decorate their tents and also to be as
interactive as possible. The winner of this contest
will get FULL RENTAL WAIVER for AOS.ASiA! How
cool is that?
Decorate your tent as creatively as possible!
You can organize FUN activities to your consumers (product sampling, colouring contest, etc).
Be as interactive as possible (Socially & Service).
All vendors are responsible for creating signages to inform your consumers
and shoppers about this contest and to tweet their votes in with this sentence
- "My #ChampBooth vote at #AOSASiA14 is for [ Brand Name ]".
This contest will start on 7 till 8 June 2014 throughout the Art of Speed .ASiA
2014 event duration.
Valid votes will only be counted during the festival duration. Any hashtag
votes AFTER the event will not be counted.
Winner will be announced on the 16th of June 2014.
Winner will be based on 40% public (Social Media : Twitter & Instagram) and
60% Committee Votes.
We will refund your rental after AOS.ASiA when
we've announced the winner.
We advise all participants and vendors to also incorporate the hashtag of
#AOSASiA14 in Twitter or Instagram to add more fun to it!
