We are delighted to have you use our existing furniture as
part of your wedding set up. We also have strong partners
that help with a nearly limitless array of linens, dinnerware,
glassware, flatware, tables, chairs and other rentals to create
your own signature mood and stage.
Valet Parking:
All parking at the Mansions is by valet only with cars parked
safely on-site or in a lot a short distance away.
On street parking is restricted to neighbors who have
residential parking permits.
Technology and Audio-Visual support:
The Mansions is equipped with the latest technology to
help you record, amplify, show and stream real-time your
special day. We provide wireless microphones, podium, and
large HDTV screens in each event room. We have experienced
sound technicians to ensure a flawless experience.

Policies
The Mansions is governed by the laws and regulations of the City of Pittsburgh,
Allegheny County and the State of Pennsylvania.
We are also guarantors of a neighborhood agreement that influences our
operating hours and policies. Maximum occupancy is 200 people and all
weddings and parties must end by 11:00 PM. Overnight guests may continue
to celebrate in the Oak Room, the Wine Cellar, or in the McCook Suite.
Certain noise, light and parking restrictions apply to both event guests and
overnight guests. A security guard or off-duty policeman may be required
under certain circumstances.
The Mansions on Fifth is a non-smoking facility with designated outdoor smoking
areas. We operate with earth-friendly principles and policies. Our public areas
are handicapped accessible and we have an ADA-compliant guest room.
With appropriate notice, we accommodate all special dietary requests including
vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other allergy-free, as well as kosher meals.

Pricing
Our staff is committed to providing you a memorable and personalized wedding from
start to finish, including the budgeting and payment process. We understand that pricing
is important and that it is often times difficult to compare packages and services from
one venue to another. Our wedding consultants will work with you to provide a clear
understanding of services and charges and ask that you share your budget and
expectations with us.
The following is meant as a guide to assist you in your initial decision-making, with firm
pricing reached during the planning process.
The Grand Hall and 4 rooms of the Main Level are available for rental for up to 5 hours.
Rates differ for a Sunday reception verses a Friday or Saturday, and there is also
a set up and tear down fee. Final menu choices determine the final price for food and
beverage,There are separate charges for valet, A/V technology and support, as well as
any linen or rentals that you may require above the standard Mansions furnishings.
A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to reserve a date with a 50% deposit
of budgeted costs due within 6 months of booking or six months prior to your wedding,
whichever comes first. The balance owing is due 10 days in advance of your wedding.
Cancellation policies apply. Reservation of overnight guest rooms will require a credit card
guarantee by the host, although guests can be billed separately.
In customizing your wedding, we may assist you with recommendations for décor, florals,
wedding cake, favors, music and entertainment, and photography, among other services.
We will not charge for these recommendations, nor do we negotiate fees on your behalf.
