Welcome Home
Anthony Auciello, Founder of Cachet Estate Homes
While seeking the perfect
welcoming space for his family
to call home, Tony Auciello also
found a new career building
custom dream homes for a
multitude of families throughout
the Greater Toronto Area.
By PAT B R E N N A N

TONY AUCIELLO BEGAN HIS CAREER AS A HOME BUILDER at a time when many men
are dreaming of retirement. It started when he set out to buy a nice home for his family.
Tony was a successful hairdresser with several high-end hair salons (D’Antonio) operating in Toronto. The clientele list at his primary shop at Bayview and York Mills read
like a female Who’s Who in Toronto.
It was time to enjoy some of the fruits of his labour, so Tony started looking around
to buy a custom home for his wife and three children. He looked and he looked, but
he couldn’t find the house of his dreams. He knew what it looked like, but he couldn’t
find it – so he decided to build it himself.
That’s not an easy decision for a middle-aged man who has been styling hair since
he could remember. If he was going to build a house, he wanted it built with the same
attention to quality that he used to build D’Antonio into a successful chain of hair salons.
Tony attended night school to learn carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, dry
walling and other trade talents used in the construction of a house. He was going to hire
professionals to build his dream home, but he wanted to be hands-on with them to
ensure he got the fine quality home he dreamed about.
Tony was proud of the house he built and others admired it, too. When it was finished he had three separate offers from eager buyers.
“They each offered me more than it had cost me to build the home, so I sold it to the
highest bidder,” said Tony.
What happened next led to the end of his successful hairdressing career. The two
losing bidders asked Tony to build a house for them, too.
Since then his firm has built more than 100 custom homes ranging in size from
3,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft., plus subdivision homes in over a dozen projects around
the GTA.
In the early 80s he sold his hairdressing salons to his employees.
During his early building years, he built under the name A. Auciello and Son
Custom Homes, but changed the name to Cachet Estate Homes when they began
building custom homes in Cachet Country Club in Unionville.
When he saw there was going to be a future in the home-building business, he persuaded his brother Joseph to join him as a partner and site superintendent. Tony’s son,
Desi was a partner in a small law firm and operated as a general consultant to his
father’s building firm.
Desi too saw a bright future in home building and eventually joined his father full time
at Cachet Estate Homes. He now operates the company day-to-day and was recently
elected president of the Greater Toronto Home Builders’ Association for 2006. Daughter
Mina and son-in-law Sal Ruscica joined the company about 10 years ago. Mina now
manages the marketing and merchandising of all new sites for the company including
model homes and sales centres and Sal acts as the company’s contracts manager.
Tony is dedicated to customer satisfaction and he insists on the same attitude from
his staff and loyal trades. His firm was named Home Builder of the Year at the annual
GTHBA Builder Awards for 2005.

One of the key factors
that makes Cachet

a well-defined company

This principle has been
the driving force behind

The Culture of
SUCCESS
CORPORATIONS, LIKE PEOPLE, DEVELOP
a personality. A company’s personality is
described in terms of its culture and this
culture has a lot to do with its success, its
longevity and its future.
As a freelance writer in the new home
sector, I’ve written many articles about
builders and developers and I’ve found a
striking correlation between a company’s culture, their reputation with the
people who work with them and the
name they have in the marketplace.
Ultimately, a builder’s reputation is
made of glass – it can be irreparably
shattered by shoddy workmanship, late
delivery, poor quality and a laundry list
of other reasons. After all, when people
buy a new home, they are making the
single biggest investment of their lives.
In many ways their financial future will
have much to do with the choice they
make in this fundamental purchase and
so it is essential to buy from a reputable
builder who can be depended upon to
deliver a home of superior quality at a
fair price.
Since Cachet Estate Homes was

by dormers, brickwork with herringbone patterns, decorative columns on
porches and you have a home with a carriage trade pedigree to forever
admire as your own. All designs include nine and/or 12-foot main floor
ceilings, gas fireplace with formal mantel, and central air conditioning.
Also included at no extra charge are pre-finished strip hardwood flooring
in the living room, dining room and main hall; luxury Berber broadloom

Riverstone – GTA’s Exclusive
$12 Million Country
Club Community
There are hundreds of new subdivisions being built around the GTA but
only one comes with a 12 Million Dollar Country Club for free –
Riverstone Golf and Country Club. The community that all other executive
communities will be measured by. Riverstone represents the cumulative
efforts of four of Toronto’s most respected builders; Cachet Estate, Sequoia
Grove, Rosehaven and Townwood Homes. Builders who have come
together to design a unique opportunity in an incomparable community.
The Community
Panorama. Pinnacle. Peninsula. Three distinctive neighbourhoods make
up the community, each with a unique personality yet each
distinctively Riverstone. Homes here are priced from the $460’s to
over $700,000.
Pinnacle, built by Cachet Estate and Sequoia Grove Homes, is the
centre of the Riverstone universe, surrounded by the clubhouse and
reaching out to the edges of the golf course. Located near the crossroads
of the Grand Entry Gates, it will become the central village of Riverstone,
a veritable “walk-to” paradise. With water features, parks and golf course,
lot selection is extraordinary. Choose from two-storey and bungalow
homes from 3,002 sq.ft. to over 5,000 sq.ft.
Your own Exclusive Country Club
Imagine the convenience of a private country club within walking
distance of your home. A place where your children learn to swim, you
improve your tennis game and your spouse works out every morning.
An exclusive setting to entertain friends, dine with family and share your
life with newly developed friendships.
Golfers can enjoy not one but two golf courses. One, a nine-hole
regulation course to challenge even the lowest handicap and another
pitch and putt course – the ideal “teach your kids to golf” course. It’s the
one you wish you had when you first picked up your dad’s second set
of clubs.
The Club will include a state-of-the-art wellness and fitness centre,
international squash courts, tennis courts and indoor pool. All preview
buyers will receive a free Charter membership to the Club!
The Setting
Riverstone Community has a resort lifestyle where residents feel
like they’re in a vacation setting but the city is only minutes away.
Convenient access to all corners of the city via Toronto’s freeways. Set in
the rich West Humber Conservation triangle where Toronto, Brampton
and Woodbridge meet, Riverstone is just five minutes from the

INSPIRED COMMUNITIES
Where Community
Living Comes Naturally
Inspired by the natural beauty of the
wooded ravine that borders the
community, the principals of Cachet
insisted on having an abundance of
green space throughout Olde Winchester.
Spaces that not only define individual
neighbourhoods, they give children places to call their own.
Olde Winchester’s master plan will include three new parks
featuring gazebos, baseball diamonds and soccer fields, bicycle
and walking trails, and even three ponds for ducks and geese.
In addition, four new schools, separate and public, will serve
as important amenities of the community.
At Olde Winchester, the goal was not to create something
that was trendy today and out-of-fashion tomorrow. Instead,
the principals of Cachet Estate Homes imagined creating from
scratch a unique community with a look that is fresh and
24
invigorating, yet timelessly classic. Where
heritage inspired homes captivate the eye
and warm the heart. Where parks and
playgrounds bring families together,
establishing friendships for a lifetime.
Olde Winchester, where the past, present
and future come together magically.
Anyone can have what’s within their grasp. But it is what
lies beyond that is worth going after. At Cachet Estate Homes,
it’s the kind of thinking which inspired us to create our master-planned community of Olde Winchester in Brooklin. As
the first builder of Olde Winchester, we’ve created new standards of luxury by introducing exclusive home designs in a
setting of breathtaking natural beauty. Cachet’s Olde

HOME AUTOMATION, LIGHTING CONTROL, HOME THEATRE,
audio distribution, keypads, touch screens, wireless controls
and computer networking. These are just some of the new buzz
words that home owners are hearing every day, but what do
they mean and how do we combine these technologies into
practical and user friendly solutions in new homes?
25 years of creating magic.
Softwire Solutions congratulates Cachet Homes on their 25th
anniversary, and looks forward to working with them to create
spectacular home entertainment experiences for all their customers.

The simple solution is Total Home Automation. Total Home
Automation consists of three main parts – a control system,
(similar to a computer processor), user interfaces (keypads,
touch panels, wireless Web tablets) and equipment to be controlled (home theatre systems, lighting, thermostats, security
systems etc.).
The following example illustrates how a Total Home
Automation System can simplify and enhance your life.
You want to watch a movie in your media room but you are
unsure which of the ten remotes turns on the TV. With a control system, simply touch the “Start Movie” icon and your lights
will automatically dim, your blinds will close, the projection
screen will drop, the projector, surround sound receiver and
DVD player will turn on and the your favourite movie will start
playing. When the doorbell rings, the movie will pause and the
image of the visitor at the front door will automatically appear
on your screen. Pick up the phone, and you can communicate
with your guest from your media room.
Automation technology can simplify your life. It can help
protect you, entertain you and keep you comfortable. It will
also allow you to control your home remotely from your cottage
or while travelling. It should be powerful yet easy to use and
should provide you with more time to enjoy the things that
really matter.
Consumers are becoming more educated on the benefits of
Home Automation and are now asking for these features to be
included in their homes during construction. It makes sense for
builders to educate themselves so that they can offer these solutions to their customers.

BUILDER’S SALES PROCESS

COLOUR & UPGRADE SELECTION PROCESS
CONCLUDING COMMENTS
✓ As a realtor with RE/MAX Professionals who specializes in
❑
the sale of high end residential properties, it was a pleasure
to be a part of the designing and building of our Cachet
home. Throughout the entire construction process, daily
contact with site supervisors was vital to creating our dream
home and clearly reflected the advantages of working with
a custom builder.
✓ The sales staff on site were excellent. We were definitely able
❑
to make the most informed decision with the purchase of
our home. They were very approachable and offered much
advice to us as new home owners.
✓ I did not feel any pressure and they were very honest!
❑
✓ We had very thorough discussions regarding the home we
❑
were buying, including many of the upgrade options we
selected.
✓ All the upgrades selected were executed as planned. We
❑
attended the house during the construction phase and saw
that the details were installed as we ordered… There were also
site visits to some of the sub-trades (e.g., kitchen upgrade)
to detail our selections which were precisely implemented.
HOUSE CLOSING
✓ The home was delayed, but Cachet kept us up to date and
❑
provided ample notice. We were also given more than
adequate time to complete the pre-delivery process.
✓ I was actually surprised by how great it went. I was in the
❑
house by early afternoon! (You hear bad stories all the
time, not with Cachet.)
30
✓ Following project completion, Cachet’s dedication to
❑
customer care continued. Upon closing, Mr. Tony Auciello
visited the site to ensure our satisfaction in the finish of our
home. This impeccable example of after-sales service was a
truly fitting conclusion to the commitment we experienced
in every aspect of working with Cachet.
✓ We have had many positive comments on the finishing
❑
features of our home. The quality and workmanship is
excellent.
✓ Everyone at Cachet is extremely helpful and very prompt in
❑
dealing with any questions and service.
✓ I haven’t had any big problems with the house, I even
❑
pointed out a scratch in a window prior to moving and it
was fixed prior to moving. They attended to all minor
defects immediately.
✓ The quality and attention to detail that this company stands
❑
for are unparalleled. If I had to build another home there is
only one builder that I would use, Cachet, and that would
make it my fourth! They just keep getting better.
✓ The Sales Representives, Tony and the Site Team helped to
❑
make our experience with buying a new home a confident
one. We have heard horror stories with purchasing a new
home and some of things that new home buyers go
through with their builder. I can confidently say that my
family and I have not experienced anything that would deter
us from recommending Cachet Homes to others or buying
another home in the future from Cachet Homes.

The Residence Collection
The Callaway is a grand home design that
inspires gracious living and fine entertaining. A
welcoming entrance up a wide stair with solid
side railings to a lovely portico with arched
detailing in pre-cast against a stunning stone
façade opens to a light filled entrance foyer
through a door with window panels, side lights
and a wide overhead transom. A beautifully
railed balcony spans the width of the home,

double car garage at the front of the home is
unobtrusively offset by the wide balcony and

of the architectural detailing of the home’s face.
Inside, The Callaway tells a story of truly
grand proportions – with three full floors of
living space plus a basement level. From the
spacious entrance foyer there is a stunning
circular stair leading to the first floor. The
combined living/dining room is fabulous in size
as well as shape – making furniture layout an
absolute dream. As well, the room is so well
proportioned that it can expand easily for grand
family dinners or large scale entertainment.
A convenient coat closet and powder room is
tucked neatly off to the side. The stairway up
and down is open at the centre of the home,
giving a most spacious ambiance. The railing is

C R E AT E
F
OUNDED IN 1991 by Rob Nicolucci, RN Design Ltd. has
evolved into an award winning design firm that specializes in
serving the residential building industry. The firm has a staff
of 26 people, including architects, designers, architectural technologists and support staff. Driven by innovation, RN Design has been
instrumental in designing new residences of all forms and styles. Its
portfolio includes almost 5000
home designs/working drawings in
hundreds of communities.
“In our early years, it was our imaginative and bold ideas that helped
us stand out in the industry,” says
Rob. “As well, many of our clients
were supportive of our ideas, and
encouraged our innovative thinking.
We have learned a lot about the
industry and its relationship to
home buyers, from our clients.
Today, our team is able to contribute to their needs in many
meaningful ways.”
RECOGNITION FROM THE INDUSTRY
Since RN Design's inception, the firm has received numerous
accolades and has been nominated for no less than 50 home
builder awards for design excellence at the industry’s top home
award ceremonies. “Winning awards for our work is indeed a
compliment, but the greatest award is seeing our clients breaking
ground for their new communities,” says Rob. “It is especially
www.cachethomes.com
gratifying to see Cachet Estate Homes win the Builder of the
Year award, as we have developed a professionally rewarding
relationship with them over the years.”
PUSHING THE CREATIVE ENVELOPE
RN Design has worked with Cachet Estate Homes on a number
of fine communities across the GTA, including Riverstone Golf
& Country Club in Brampton, Cachet Lanes and Cachet Manors
in Erin Mills, Old Winchester in Brooklin, Olde Meadowvale
Village in Mississauga and Cachet Hills in Georgetown. “Our
collaborations with Cachet Estate Homes have always resulted
in innovative and creative design,” says Rob. For example,
Cachet Lanes in Mississauga features 12' ceilings in each model
in several of the interior spaces. Furthermore, the
Tudor/Georgian townhomes are only attached at the rear, so the
models resemble semis. “That’s the kind of out-of-the-box
thinking that RN Design is known for in the industry, the other
important facet of the design was the execution of elevations.
The colour selections for the stone, stucco and brick and detailing elements came together to form great elevations. Without

TO A LIFESTYLE YOU’VE
ALWAYS WANTED...
There’s something special to be said for places
like Georgetown. With a population of over
25,000, it combines the ambiance of a small
village with sophisticated urban amenities. Its
historic downtown boasts graceful Victorian
buildings, many featuring boutiques, restaurants
and professional services. New retail development is concentrated along Guelph Street
(Hwy. 7), where you’ll find several major shopping plazas.
New schools, both separate and public are located nearby, as
well as recreation centres that house social clubs and sport
leagues for all ages. Georgetown’s GO Train/Via Rail
station is located conveniently close to Cachet Hills. If you
love to take nature walks, hike, cross-country ski or fish, the

Cachet Estate Homes went looking for the perfect location in Georgetown and found it in
Cachet Hills. Nestled into a hillside, Cachet
Hills’ streetscapes offer spectacular views on the
rolling countryside, the historic hamlet of Glen Williams and
the Credit River. With two private cul-de-sacs and a street
connecting to an existing roadway, this community is familyoriented, meaning there will be little outside traffic passing
through the neighbourhood. All of which makes Cachet Hills
a very special place to live in Georgetown.

TO THE MANOR BORN. . .
Cachet Hills features some of Georgetown’s most beautiful homes.
The community is nestled in a hillside setting just steps from the quaint,
historic hamlet of Glen Williams. Amid the rolling hills of the prettiest
countryside imaginable, Cachet Estate Homes has developed a neighbourhood that offers truly inspired home design. The detached homes at
Cachet Hills are virtually sold out, but Cachet has recently announced
that there are 25 remarkable townhomes still available. Branded “The
Towne Manors”, these homes invoke images of high society living from a
gentler age long past. Graceful entrance columns, varied dormer styles,
porticos, unique window shapes, high pitched roofs and gables combine
with board and batten siding and clay brick to create the ambiance of
classic old Ontario inspired architecture. Situated on sloping grounds,
there are no two elevations exactly alike, affording a unique personality
to each home.
The Towne Manor designs are impressive. These are upscale
residences for buyers who are looking for true executive living. There are
2-storey walk-out and 3-storey designs with a caliber of features and fin-
44
ishes that spell authentic luxury. Strip hardwood flooring, a marble foyer,
soaring 9' main floor ceiling heights and a completely finished lower
level are but a few of the standard features included.
The homes offer three floors of stunning space, which includes
finished lower levels that feature, in many models, recreation rooms and
spacious home offices.
Country-size kitchens with centre gourmet islands, open concept
kitchen-family rooms and kitchens with breakfast rooms are some of the
styles available. All kitchens have spacious walk-out decks. Towne
Manors feature magnificent master bedroom retreats with beautifully
appointed ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets.

A WINE CELLAR
– T O C A L L YOU R OWN –
N
othing
showcases
your
impeccable taste better than
your own private wine cellar –
and what better surrounding for such
a luxury than a Cachet Estate home?
This latest trend in today’s upscale
housing market is becoming more
popular all the time. According to
Frank Montanaro, Ontario Sales
Manager of Dionysus Brands – a private agency for exclusive brands of
wines and spirits – more and more
people who have some background
and love for wine are adding wine cellars to their homes. Montanaro has
created many fine cellars for private
users and collectors alike; designing
and stocking cellars that hold as few
as 500 to 600 bottles to as many as
15,000 bottles.
Whatever the size, all wine cellars
share the same features – a separate
room that is insulated to R20 with a
temperature control compressor and a
racking system. Within the category
however, are rooms from the very
modest to the absolutely elaborate –
rooms that are stunning retreats with
granite floors, impeccable wood walls,
with comfortable tasting areas
sublimely furnished. Most people
find that a basement wine cellar is ideal –
and this location is particularly popular
in many Cachet Estate Homes that come
standard with a finished basement.
So how do you go about getting your
own private wine cellar? The first step, is to
find an expert, like Frank Montanaro to
help. Montanaro has an extensive background in wine that started with a career
with the LCBO between 1984 and 1991.
In those days, consumers were wont to
spend between $5.50 and $6.00 for a
bottle of wine. But the times have
changed. Consumers today are more
educated about the finer qualities of
wine. This year alone, wine sales have
overtaken beer sales for the first time in
50

As distinctive entertaining at
home has continued to rise in
popularity, so too has the
demand for private wine cellars.
history. Today’s consumer thinks nothing
at all about spending $18 for a bottle of
wine and $48 or $50 for a bottle of
liquor.
So why the popularity of home wine
cellars? There are basically two groups of
people who want wine cellars; collectors
of fine wines and connoisseurs who like
to entertain at home. Just as the trend in
Cachet Estate Homes has been for bigger
and better kitchens with built-in appliances, granite countertops and separate
serveries, so too has demand for personal wine cellars increased. It’s all about
providing quality entertainment at
home. Consumers today are into gourmet cooking – and having the perfect
wine right at hand is part of the convenience as well as the chic of hosting.
There’s also a certain economy at play.
The same bottle of wine that might
sell in a restaurant for $100, can be
purchased at the liquor store for $40.
For people who entertain often, a
wine cellar is the perfect accoutrement.
Enter Frank Montanaro. Should
you be in the market for a wine cellar,
this is where you might begin.
Montanaro would meet with you in
your home to determine your needs
and to explain the process of building
a wine cellar in detail. The next step
would be for you to design or work
with a designer or your builder to create the room itself. Once the room
itself has been created, Montanaro
takes care of the racking, the temperature control and the installation. A
modest wine cellar, once the room
has been built and decorated, costs
around $2500. And that’s before a single bottle of wine has been lovingly
placed inside.
At this point, Montanaro would
provide you with advice about the various wines to stock inside the cellar in
your Cachet Estate home. He bases his
advice on your personal preferences as
well as classic choices. Working from catalogues of wines from all over the word –
New World and Old World, selections
befitting your personal tastes would be
ordered and delivered to your very own
wine cellar, awaiting just the right
moment for you to decant it and share it
with friends and family.
Frank Montanaro is the Ontario Sales Manager
of Dionysus Brands Premium Wines, Spirits &
Beers, located at 173 Finch Ave., West Toronto,
Ontario M2R 1M2.

cellar in your Cachet Estate home, contact

BUILDING YOUR OWN
HOME GYM
AS THE FITNESS AND WELLNESS CRAZE
continues to sweep across North America,
we continue to see gyms opening up in
cities and towns throughout the country.
Depending on your schedule, however,
joining a gym might not be right for you.
As our days become more and more
filled with events, obligations, children
and work, there is less time left to do the
things we need to do for ourselves. The
mere thought of working or taking care
of the kids all day, then getting in the car
to drive to the gym at six or seven, mustering up the energy to actually have a
decent workout and finally arriving home
at eight or nine at night might be a little
too much for some people.
So what are your alternative options?
Well, because of the hectic schedules so
many of us face in our go-go-go society,
there has been an increasing demand for
home gyms. Contrary to popular belief,
52
Ready to commit yourself
to finally getting off the
couch when you’re at home?
Then building your own
home gym may be exactly
what you need to shed those
few extra pounds… and it
might just be easier than
you think!
By A D A M T H E O D O R O U
building your home gym can be easier
and less costly than you think.
The first and most important rule when
building your home gym is to purchase
equipment that you actually need and will
use. Over the years, there have been a
plethora of all-in-one machines on the
market, yet they usually cost too much and
are rarely used. Everybody has had a piece
of equipment that ends up collecting dust
or becoming one heck of a clothing rack.
They key is in knowing which machines
are necessities and which are not.
GET YOUR HEART PUMPING
To begin, every home gym needs some
sort of cardiovascular machine. This can
be a treadmill, an elliptical, a stepper, a
stationary bike, etc. Regardless of chosen
activity, your body knows it’s in motion
and reacts to the level of output you are
generating with an increased heart rate.
I n s pi red l i v i n g
As long as you use a machine that boosts
your heart rate to the desired level, a beneficial workout will be achieved.
There are other factors you can consider when choosing a good cardio machine,
however. If you’re someone who suffers
from week knees, sore hips or a bad back,
equipment that generates a low amount
of impact (e.g., the elliptical or the stepper) is a good choice. These machines were
designed to decrease impact (the stress an
activity puts on your joints) while still
raising your heart rate.
When looking at the cost of various
equipment, it’s a good idea to shop
around to do some price comparisons.
While researching different products, it’s
important to keep in mind that a seemingly good deal might not be the best
value for your dollar in the long run. The
better quality machine you buy, the
longer it will last with the least amount of
problems. I have found that people who
upgrade to a semi-commercial line product end up paying a little more at the
beginning, but have far fewer headaches
in the long run. You get more bang for
your buck!
A WEIGHTY CHALLENGE
The second thing we need to examine is
your weights. As good as cardio is for promoting the ability to burn fat and shake
off excess pounds, weight bearing exercise
is the only way to increase your lean body mass (LBM).
Your lean body mass is composed of muscles, body fluid,
connective tissues and bones. It is also directly responsible for
the amount of calories you can burn within a given period. For
example, a person who has a LBM of 150lbs burns far more calories doing the exact same activity in the same amount of time as
someone who has a LBM of 100lbs. When we raise our LBM by
doing weights, we make our bodies more efficient and better
calorie burners.
When purchasing weights, you will need to buy enough to
safely challenge yourself and then some. Having just a little more
than you are comfortable lifting in your home gym provides
inspiration to continually push yourself towards improvement.
Your body has a remarkable ability to adapt to demands that
are placed on it. When you start working out, a 15lb dumbbell
might seem heavy at first. If you stick with a program for a couple
months of consistent workouts, you’ll find that 15lbs doesn’t
feel quite as heavy. Therefore, you will eventually need to increase
the amount of mass you’re working with. This can be achieved
by incrementally adding weight to your dumbells. Working out
www.cachethomes.com
with even the most basic set should be
more than sufficient to facilitate a
response in your muscles. You will also
need an adjustable utility bench to perform most of your exercises. These can be
found in all fitness stores and are relatively inexpensive.
HIT THE MAT & HAVE A BALL
The third and final component of your
home gym should be a floor mat and a
stability ball. Much emphasis is put on
core strengthening today, and for good
reason! If everybody did abdominal and
lower back exercises on a regular basis,
most back problems would cease to exist.
Many of us suffer from chronic discomfort in the lower or upper back due to
weak core muscles. These are the muscles
that are responsible for keeping our bodies erect and giving us proper posture.
Without strengthening these, we run in to
all sorts of problems. Both the floor mat
and stability ball open the door to hundreds of different exercises that help
strengthen core muscles.
Now that you are set up and ready to
start working out in the comfort of your
own home, just one problem remains:
what to do and how to do it. If you’re
someone who is yet to seek professional
input, this is the perfect time to do it. It’s
always a good idea to hire a professional to
come to your home to design a program
specific to your needs and equipment. Not only will this save
you time in getting the results you want, it will also give you a
better grasp on what to do and how much to do in order to avoid
injuries. Most injuries occur in executing an exercise incorrectly as
opposed to working with too much weight. Your body will also
respond better to exercising correctly and thus isolating targeted
areas. You wouldn’t get behind the wheel of a car without driving lessons, so why would you try to work out without learning
what to do first?
Putting together your home gym can save you time and
money. By investing just a little effort in finding the proper
equipment outlined in this article, you will already be on your
way to getting on the health and wellness train…all in the comfort of your own home. Remember to always start slow, ease into
any program and good luck as you begin your journey towards
a happier and healthier lifestyle!

With exceptional suppliers & highly skilled

to set the standard for innovative exteriors.

here is nothing that compares to the durability
and inviting presentation that brick, block and

are amongst the most traditional of building components, variation in production and application
has opened the door to a world of possibilities.
Through suppliers like Arriscraft International,
Bradstone and Hanson Brick, Cachet Estate Homes
is able to offer customers a phenomenal range of
exterior cladding products. From a broad palette of
colours and textures to a variety of sizes and finishes,
seemingly limitless combinations contribute to the
unique streetscapes of Cachet Estate Homes.
Rather than carrying the same predictable brick
packages from site to site, each Cachet development
features exclusive exterior designs with colour and
texture choices that are reflective of the community.

This important and deliberate choice on the part of
Cachet has resulted in yet another distinguishing

Innovative masonry is also key to the creation of

build communities that are truly outstanding. Their
unmatched craftsmanship has been proven time
