My first i m pressions of Holden a re extremely positive. The high level of pride and com m itment on the pa rt of em p loyees around the business is probably the best I 've seen i n my yea rs at GM. However, o n e th i n g sta nds out as a rea l opportu nity for u s - adopti n g an offensive m i ndset. The key to t h i s a pproach is the u ndersta n d i n g that we create o u r own l uck. N ow that we have the Strategi c Plan, the b u rden i s on each of us to d eterm i n e the role we p lay i n its i m plementation a n d to fol l ow th rough with them.
