the storage of flammables and combustibles in or on plastic containment is simply
not compliant or acceptable with your AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) or
insurance underwriter.

Each QUATREX building comes complete with a compliant
secondary spill containment sump. QUATREX wide
product range of 25 Standard Building sizes, plus
custom lengths to 40 feet insures that you get the right product for your application, not a one size fits all solution. In

convection heaters to provide freeze protection for

These warmer temperatures not only prevent damage
from freezing, they may improve viscosity and aid
process consistency.

Following ULC Standards, fire walls are manufactured from
non-combustible materials encased by steel panels on both interior
and exterior sides.

Please note, the design and capacity of a storage
system depends on the class and quantity of materials
being stored and the placement of the storage system.
Certain chemicals may also require the structure to

Dry Chemical Fire
Suppression System:
Pre-engineered, automatic, Dry Chemical
Fire Suppression Systems are designed
to isolate and contain a fire within the
storage system in accordance with NFPA
30 and NFPA 17, “Standard For Dry
Chemical Extinguishing Systems.” If a fire
occurs within the system, a fusible link
will activate the extinguishing system
and sound an alarm.
Explosion Relief Panels:
Where Class IA or IB liquids or unstable
liquids are dispensed, or where Class 1A
liquids are stored in containers larger
than 1-gallon (3.76 L), the exterior wall
shall incorporate deflagration panels.

Heavy duty galvanized shelves provide
efficient, safe storage of smaller containers and
drum equipment. These easily adjustable
shelves are particularly helpful in dispensing
operations- holding and storing containers,
drum pumps, sorbents for cleaning small
spills, gloves, goggles and other personal
safety equipment.
Separate shelving packages are offered
for 2 and 4 drum models and 6 and 8 drum
capacities. Packages include one galvanized
shelf, two hanging brackets (three for 6-8 drum
models), and two mounting channels (three for
6-8 drum models). Additional shelves can be
ordered.
QUATREX Lockers provide ample headroom, allowing shelves to be hung above stored drums.
