is getting in touch and empower emotions, feelings and
thoughts; this is an opportunity for personal growth. The sea,
with its motion in constant change, is the best school.

Learning by the Experience of Sailing
A sailboat is a “small island” where a human community acts to set goals, solve problems,
"survive". Each individual seeks his own space,
physically and psychologically within the group,
maybe to assert or to test his power. This behavior could lead to small conflicts, to silence, to
confusion of roles, and a need for independency.
Socialization of language and acceptance of differences is the way for the crew, to reach a equilibrium. With a sailing experience, we could discover the rules for working together and define the
most functional leadership style. Having passed
the previous stages, there is a real transformation, by eliminating the "Me" and considering the
"Us" only.
Participants will be involved in sailing activities,
under supervision of professional skippers.

Average temperature: 17` (12` - 22`)
PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES
Airport shuttle to the venue and back. Accommodation in
a farm house. Food and drinks during whole workshop.
Harbour taxes, sailboat rental fee, Insurance.
PARTICIPATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Flight from and to country of origin.
INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENTS REQUIRED:

Sleeping bag

Warm socks, handgloves and hat

Waterproof jacket and possibly waterproof
trousers

Sport shoes with white sole and/or boat boots

You will be guided by inspirational coaches, passionate about experiential learning, groupdynamics and personal development.
This is an international partnership which facilitates processes of
growth for individuals, teams and organizations. The team approaches
learning-processes with a very open and co-creative mind.

Where we will stay:
Location will be confirmed at the time
of reservation. We will provide
participants with 2 nights in a farm
house close to Riva di Traiano Harbour
and one overnight on the boat.
