He has served as the Technical Service Manager for Whitmire Micro-Gen assisting PMP’s with product questions, insect identification, and technical field training for pest management companies. Before joining Whitmire Micro-Gen, Jared was the area manager for a regional pest management company. Mark McCloskey is an environmental enforcement specialist with the WDATCP. He is responsible for enforcing statutes on the use, manufacture and storage of pesticides, fertilizers, and seed and animal feeds. In his presentation, Mark will discuss recent DATCP structural investigations, and answer questions from the floor. In her presentation, Jamie will discuss technologies that can enhance your business operations and streamline your data processing and reporting. She will also discuss mobile solutions for technicians and salespeople, web site tracking tools and more. Phil Pellitteri is a Distinguished Faculty Associate with the Department of Entomology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has directed the Insect Diagnostic Lab since May of 1978. In his presentation, Phil will cover common spiders in Wisconsin, including spider bites, spider myths and control. Jim Sargent is Director of Technical Support and Regulatory Compliance for Copesan in North America. Prior to 1996, he was technical services coordinator for Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, which followed his position as an extension/research entomology specialist at The Ohio State University. Rich Williams is a Senior Technical Representative for Bell Laboratories. He has provided technical support to pest control professionals for the past 11 years, helping them reduce rodent populations in various commercial or residential situations. In addition, Rich provides advice and educational assistance for reducing hard-to-control mole populations. In his session, Rich will discuss rodent pest management in residential and commercial environments, methods of control, communicating with customers, identifying new opportunities, and understanding industry trends and updates.
