ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine draws on centuries of Chinese Medical Theory. Based on the
theory of energy (chi) that circulates through the body along Meridian pathways. We select points
along these pathways and use Acupuncture needles to manipulate the chi to restore balance
to the body. Acupuncture is used to treat a myriad of symptoms and is a maintenance for good
health. At Spa Dreamtime we provide Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Body Acupuncture and
Chinese Medicine.
TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complete medical system that has been used to
diagnose, treat and prevent illness for centuries. Your TCM practitioner will consult you and will
include a life style consultation, pulse and tongue diagnoses to determine the quality and strength
of Yin and Yang, hot and cold, inner and outer, body and mind then a treatment will be suggested
to restore your bodies balance. Treatments may include Acupuncture, Cupping, Chinese Herbal
Remedies, Dietary suggestions and Massage. Before any Acupuncture or Chinese Medicine
session we advise a complete consultation to advise on your facial and bodies requirements.
FACIAL REJUVENATION
Rejuvenate your appearance the natural way using ALL-NATURAL Traditional Chinese Medicine

Using the world famous St. Tropez tanning system we bring you the most golden of tans. St.

At Spa Dreamtime we have customised 2 and 4 day retreats, the perfect chance to stop and

ST. KILDA SEA BATHS
At the St. Kilda Sea Baths you can experience the pleasure of swimming in water delivered from
the sea, heated filtered for your comfort. Our communal Sea Baths facility includes a unisex
aroma steam room, heated 25 metre seawater pool, hydrotherapy spa pool and a lounge
area offering magnificent bay views. As a guest at Spa Dreamtime you are granted access at
a concession rate. A great prelude to your private Spa Experience. If you would like to utilise
the Sea Baths prior to your treatment at Spa Dreamtime an arrival time of an hour or earlier is
recommended together with your swim suit.
SOUTH PACIFIC HEALTH CLUB
South Pacific is one of Melbournes most advanced and sophisticated health and fitness clubs.
More than just a gym, South Pacific is a place to find health and balance into your life. Situated
on the upper floor of the Sea Baths complex a welcoming ambience allows you to enjoy free
weight training, group exercise, pilates and personal training. Casual and full memberships are
available.
HOW TO SPA
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Spa Dreamtime enjoys a high occupancy through out the year. We highly recommend you pre
book your Spa Treatments in advance. All reservations will only be guaranteed with a valid credit
card number, please have your credit card available when you make your reservation.
REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
We ask you have your Gift Certificate available at the time of your reservation and when arriving
to the Spa. As there are limited reservation allocations daily available for redemptions we ask you
have two preferred time preferences and please allow 4 to 5 weeks in advance for a week end
reservation.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for all Spa Treatments. Our Gift Certificates can be purchased in our
Spa Boutique, On Line, over the phone and we can e mail or post to your preferred address and
are valid for 12 months.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY RESERVATION?
Spa Dreamtime recommends that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. This allows
you to relax complete your consultation card and enjoy a herbal tea in our Day Dreaming Room
with stunning Bay Views also to be greeted by your host and be totally relaxed for your Spa
journey.
IN THE EVENT I AM LATE FOR MY RESERVATION?
A late arrival will unfortunately reduce your treatment time, please plan your time to ensure you
arrive on time to experience the pure luxury of you Spa treatment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
Please wear comfortable clothing for your Spa visit. During your treatment you are supplied
with disposable underwear, robe and slippers and our therapists are trained to drape you for
comfort and privacy through out your treatment. Your personal belongings can be stored in a
private locker. Please bring your swim wear to be worn within a Spa or Steam treatment. We will
of course supply you with toiletries and hairdryers. We suggest that you leave your valuables at
home as we can not take responsibility for valuables un attended.
WHAT IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONCERN, ALLERGIES OR PREGNANT?
If you have any health concerns or allergies please notify us at the time of your reservation
including colds, flu allergies ect… If you are pregnant please ensure you inform us as we have
designed treatments that are safe for you to enjoy after 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
HOW DO I SELECT MY SPA TREATMENT?
We offer an extensive Spa Menu for you to relax, rejuvenate and nurture yourself. Our friendly
reception team are more than happy to assist you to ensure you select the treatment most
beneficial and appealing to you.
WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?
Parking is available at a charge on site at the St. Kilda Sea Baths Complex.
Please ensure you bring along change for your parking ticket.
WHAT IF I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?
We understand that life doesn’t run to plan at times and you may require to change or cancel your
reservation. All we ask is that you provide us 24 hours notice. Cancelling or changing the time will
incur a 50% charge and not showing for your reservation will incur a 100% charge.
