All Palomar PreOwned systems come with a full
3 month warranty. Palomar PreOwned hand pieces
come with a 90 Day or 100,000 Pulse Warranty;
whichever comes first. Loaners and Back-to-Base
transportation is included under warranty.
Palomar retains full-time Clinical Nurses to answer
your treatment questions and help you advance
clinically once you become a Palomar technology
owner. Training is provided to new customers, for a
fee, as well as for those who would like additional
ongoing training.
Palomar PreOwned systems are compact, enabling
the equipment to be easily shipped between your
office and Palomar’s state-of-the-art facility where
service and repair are performed.
Quality service is provided by Palomar’s customer
service specialists who work quickly to address any
concerns. Downtime is minimised with our loaner
program and different service options. Technicians
are available by phone during regular business hours
to answer questions and walk you through
any technical matters.
Like other high-quality products, our systems may
require maintenance from time to time. Why take

can have a service agreement that covers it after the
