Educational Construction Series Product Recall

Thank you very much for your constant support of Tamiya’s products.
We have discovered that a number of Educational Construction Series products (see list below) have been shipped
with problematic circuit boards. When batteries are installed, these defective circuit boards may overheat, leading to
the product becoming inoperable.
Although there haven’t been any reports of injuries, Tamiya has thus decided to conduct a voluntary recall of these
products. If you are a distributor or retailer in North America, please contact your Tamiya America, Inc. Sales
Representative. You will be issued a UPS call tag to return your product(s).
If you are a consumer that has already purchased the product(s) listed below you should contact the Tamiya America,
Inc. directly through the Customer Service Department to receive your UPS call tag. If you have already assembled
your purchased product please return it, as is, for inspection. Your product will be returned to you after a quality
control inspection.
We appreciate your cooperation and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
