range is ideal for high volumes of cardboard and plastics and produces ‘mill ready’ wire tied bales
in order to maximise rebate values.

The Smash & Grab bottle crusher is an innovative device that quickly and safely reduces glass
bottles to less than one fifth of their original volume, making handling and storage much
easier and disposal much cheaper.

Smash and Grab

The compact machine is simple and safe to use with a fully enclosed mechanism that deals with up to 18 wine bottles at a time. Smashed
glass (cullet) is collected in an extra tough plastic container at the base of the machine, which can safely be emptied into a bin for collection.

PORTABLE COMPACTORS
Our range of portable compactors includes both chain and hook lift models. These can all be easily transported via any skip type lorry

models suitable for wet waste types.

Baling
CONSUMABLES

Baling Wire
You don’t want your wire to break during production or even while your bales are in storage, and for that
reason our baling wire is made from good quality hi tensile steel, right here in England and is
delivered directly to your business premises. We supply from 3mm diameter black annealed (for
maximum strength) cut and loop wire in quantities from 125kg , 250kg 500kg up to a tonne.
Baling Tape
Our baling tape comes in many sizes, so if you are unsure at any time which product best suits your needs,
then please call your SWR contact for advice.
Baling Twine
Rewound Baling Twine is as an alternative to Baling Tape which gives you economic and handling benefits.
The twine pools are sized and constructed to directly replace spools of Baling Tape. 4 ply baling twine is
suitable for bales up to 225kg.


SWR offer a comprehensive maintenance service on all of our machinery to ensure any potential downtime is kept to a minimum. This
provides peace of mind once the initial Warranty period has expired, together with compliance to H&S regulations. As standard, one annual service
