ABOUT THE WINE
This is our first vintage of Barbera, and it has already gained a wine club and employee following after
barrel samples were poured at several events. Our winemaker sourced the fruit from a small Sonoma
Valley vineyard that we felt delivered a wonderful example of New World Barbera.
This complex, yet soft-textured wine features a bouquet of bright cherry and herbal spice, followed by
flavors of dark plum and black licorice. This Barbera delivers crisp acidity, soft tannins and a luciously
juicy texture that makes it a deliciously versatile medium-bodied wine. A perfect accompaniment to all
sorts of lighter fare or delicious on its own.

has been a long-time proponent of sustainable farming techniques. They strive to maintain their artisan style,
making small lots from several varietals grown on the estate vineyards and by select neighbors.
