The bride and groom or event organiser can choose a rate to “re-sell” the accommodation onto guests. An average
example of this at Didsbury House = 26 x bedrooms re sold (not including the bridal suite) @ £130 per room B & B = £3,380.
This amount is then deducted from the final bill. Based on the house takeover package this would leave a new total payable

Booking Terms & Conditions
1.
Christmas Dinner or Buffet parties within 7 days of making the booking or the booking may be released.
2.
Payments are to be made during Office hours via cash, Visa or MasterCard.
3.
Payment by Cheque is also welcome. Cheques may be sent by post and should be made payable to Great John Street
Hotel or Didsbury House Hotel. Any Cheques sent must have the following relevant information enclosed - The Name
of the Organiser, Name of your Party either Private or Company, the Date of your Function, the amount of guests your
deposit is for and the Function Room your Party has booked. Cheques must be received 2 weeks before the event.
4.
All Functions and Accommodation dates are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been
received by the hotel.
5.
Full payment for events is required by 1st December 2012. Any booking not paid in full by 1st December may be
released without notice. Any bookings made after 1st December require payment in full at the time of booking.
6.
In the event of a cancellation all deposits are strictly non refundable. Should cancellations fall within the standard hotel
cancellation Terms and Conditions payment may be required in full for the original number booked.
7.
Eclectic Hotels reserve the right to move events into more suitably sized rooms and to re-arrange any bookings where
necessary.
8.
Any additional services must be paid for on the night. No credit facilities will be offered without prior arrangement.
9.
Prices are all GBP and subject to VAT at the current rate and are subject to change should the rate of VAT alter.
10.
Guests or companies on behalf of guests are liable for any damages caused to Eclectic properties during events.
11.
The hotels reserve the right to refuse admission at any time and are not responsible for loss or damage to any items
brought into the hotels.
12.
Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages into the properties. Anybody found to be breaking this
condition may be asked to leave the premises.
13.
In the unfortunate event that a booking has to be cancelled we will make every effort to advise you as soon as
possible.
14.
The Eclectic Hotel Collection has a strict no smoking policy for all indoor areas. A £100 charge will be made to any
guest ignoring this policy.
15.
A 10% service charge applies to all Food and Beverage
16.
Festive Hotel Accommodation Rates through December & into the New Year at all Eclectic Hotels are subject to
availability and to single occupancy supplements.
17.
All shared party and events will be an informal reception style set up, with a selection of comfy furniture and dance
space (GJS only), with the exception of the masquerade ball which will be a seated meal where all guests will have
reserved formal dinner seating. Tables for the masquerade ball and dinner dance will be seated in groups of between
8-12 guests per table.
