Name: UBC Gage Residence
Location: Located on the campus of the University of British Columbia (UBC),
and only 30 minutes to LSI Vancouver and downtown by bus.
Rooms: Single, private room with a shared living area, kitchen and washroom.
Private Bathroom: No
Meals: Continental breakfast provided across the street at Pacific Spirit Place.
Students are given breakfast tickets at check–in.
Facilities: There is a television lounge, internet café, lounge areas, and fitness
facilities. Coin laundry is also available.
Prices (per person per week): CD$465.00 Single room. Students are required
to pay a CD$50.00 key/damage deposit when checking-in.
Availability: Only from May to August.
Other: Non-smoking house.

Campus Residences:
Name: Ryerson University Residences
Location: There are two residences available to students during the summer
months: The International Living & Learning Centre and Pitman Hall. Both
buildings are on the university’s downtown campus, two blocks from the
Eaton Centre on Dundas Street East, only 4 short subway stops from LSI.
Name: The International Living & Learning Centre:
Rooms: All guest rooms are equipped with a queen or double size bed.
Some rooms are equipped with a pullout sofa bed. Each guest room is
equipped with an ensuite (private) bathroom, color television, alarm clock,
telephone, air conditioning, and amenities. For Short Term Summer
accommodations (minimum 1 month stay) guests are responsible for
providing their own bedding and amenities.

Facilities: 24-hr. front desk and security, multilingual staff, non-smoking
building, TV lounge, kitchenettes, laundry facilities, underground parking.
Price: CD$540 per week; includes hot breakfast

Rooms: Single room furnished with a captain-style bed, desk, chair, lamp,
dresser, phone, garbage pail, full-length mirror, and closet. Bathrooms are located
adjacent to the rooms and are shared by up to 3 or 4 other guests. Kitchen
facilities are available in a common area on each floor and contain a full size
fridge, oven, kitchen table, and 4 to 5 chairs. The common area is also furnished
with coffee tables and sofa chairs. ***Deposit of CD$ 25.00 for bed linens.
Students are responsible for their own laundry.

Location: Gerrard Street East
Rooms: Single rooms with shared bathrooms.
Neill-Wycik's floors are sub-divided into units. Each unit contains 4, 5, or 6
individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/lounge common area.
Most of the units are recently renovated and the rooms are spacious and
bright (due to the large windows). The members of each unit are
responsible for ensuring their rooms and the unit itself stays clean.
Meals: Continental breakfast included.
Facilities: Shared kitchen, common room w/TV, Internet access, weight
room, rooftop patio, laundry facilities, snack bar, 24-hour security, and daily
housekeeping.
Price (per person): CD$ 250.00 per week, CD$ 900.00 per month
