Maybe Sailing aims to provide young people with a unique, challenging and
inspirational experience that increases their self-awareness and self-confidence,
develops their team work teamwork and leadership skills, and creates a strong
sense of community responsibility.

Maybe Sailing uses sail training to
promote youth development because
it is an unforgiving natural
environment that provides a sense of
challenge and adventure.
To sail Tall Ship Maybe, teamwork,
communication and hard work are
essential.
Most young people who join one of
our voyages have little or no sailing
experience but nearly all find it a life
changing experience.

THE TALL SHIPS RACES
 Over 9000 people enjoyed sail training experiences during the TSR 2014
 Over 4 million visitors attending a Tall Ship Race host port
 Over 1000 International broadcast, print and online media covered the TSR
 Over 175,000 different news articles and stories and thoursands of breath taking images
were wired and shared around the globe.
 If the media coverage generated in the 2014 TSR had been paid for in advertising it would
have cost over £20 million.
