September and October have been a whirlwind of activity, and once again we are off to a great start to our school year. As we highlight our students’ achievements, I would like to remind our learning community that Hewlett High School has many clubs, organizations, and athletic teams which are available for students to join at any time, and there is no better time than the present. Research consistently supports that participation in activities increases a students’ sense of engagement and attachment to school thereby increasing student achievement. As always if you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff. “Yours in Hewlett Pride.” Sincerely, Theodore Fulton, Ed.D. Theodore Fulton, Ed.D.
