Hoisting installations can be installed in almost every existing greenhouse
and all new greenhouses. We make a new design for every project,
complete with drawings and calculations. When you are satisfied with the
outcome of the design, Metazet starts the production of all parts for your
system. All vulnerable parts are hot-dip galvanized, which increases the
life of the materials.

The hoisting installation for cut flowers and ornamental plants from
Metazet/FormFlex combines two functions in one product. The crop is
being supported and the heating tubes can ‘follow’ the growth of
the crop. These hoisting installations have been developed for various
cultivations: chrysanthemum, freesia, lisianthus and lilies.
Hoistable Tube Heating
For positioning the heating tube close to your plants or crop, Metazet/
FormFlex offers you the the hoistable tube heating. By means of a
driven hoist axis, the heating tube can vary in height, mounted loose in
an A-hook, J-hook or on a beam. This means the heating tube “grows”
along with your crop while using the heating as optimal as possible. This
stimulates the growth of your crop.

HDL-System
To be able to lift more weight, Metazet/FormFlex developed the HDLSystem (Heavy Duty Lift). This system is capable of lifting weights up to 15
Kg per m2, what equals a weight of 150.000 Kg per hectare.
Applicability
The system is ideal for lifting tube rail systems, gutters and long layers,
but also for lifting the crop wires in combination with the tube rail system
and gutter system. In addition, the HDL system is ideal for better use of
the area. For example the cultivation in hoistable gutters, with another
cultivation underneath.
Benefits
In addition to a better use of cultivation area, the HDL-System delivers
significant labour savings. Changing cultivation and cleaning and
disinfecting your equipment and systems with the HDL-System, can be
will be accomplished easily and thoroughly. Because the system itself
requires little maintenance, this will save you a lot of time and labour. The
correct amount of stress on your greenhouse structure and reducing the
physical effort of your staff makes the HDL-System a wise investment.
Installation
In new developments the installation will be integrated into the
greenhouse construction. It is therefore important for the manufacturer
of the steel construction to consult with your greenhouse builder. Below
each truss a hoist axle is mounted, which is attached to steel cables. These
axles are connected to a self-braking worm gearbox, powered by an
electric drive. In this way the weight of one installation with the size of
approximately 8.500 m2 can be lifted up to 2.5 m. With some modifications
it is also possible to install the HDL-System into existing greenhouses.

Mounting
To organize a proper installation, Metazet/FormFlex takes care of detailed
technical drawings. With these drawings, you can install the system
yourself if you want. Of course, you can also let Metazet/FormFlex take
care of the installation of your installation. We have built up a perfect
relationship with professional installation companies, they will install
your installation fast and competent. All parts that are being used in your
installation (drive mechanisms, selflocking reduction gear units, axes,
etc.) are carefully calculated by us. These high-quality parts will give your
installation a long life. Because the hoisting installation takes most labour
around the support of your crop away, it delivers you a interesting laboursave from the beginning.
Demo nursery
