ABOUT JABATAN PEMBANGUNAN KEMAHIRAN (JPK) PROGRAMME
JPK Hospitality programmes are introduce to
train students in basic hospitality skills.
These courses are designed to be flexible and
hence conducted on a full-time basis.
Upon completion, students can choose to
further their studies in the Diploma
programmes in Higher Learning Institutions or
private institution.. Otherwise, they will be
able to start work in entry level-positions in
hotels, restaurants or any other food service
establishment.
Practical training and Theoretical study are
introduced specifically to provide and train
students with relevant skills and knowledge
to the needs of the hospitality and service
industry.
Duration of Studies
 Six (6) months for Level 1 & 2
 Twelve (12) months for Level 3
Entry Requirements
 Malaysian
 Age from 17 years old to 25 years old
 Minimum SPM
 Other qualification will be considered
