The following Articles of the AFPCA By-Laws are changed as indicated.
Article III, Members, Section 1: This paragraph is revised in its entirety as follows:
Section 1. Any United States citizen, or veteran of any Armed Forces Postal and Courier organization; the United States
Postal Service; airline or ground transportation representative, who worked directly with the processing and transport of
military mail; their spouses, family and friends, are eligible for membership in this association.
Article III, Members, Section 2: The change to this paragraph is indicated in quotation marks. The remainder of the
paragraph remains unchanged.
Section 2. Initial dues shall be a proration …”The annual dues shall be $10.00 per year”… membership rolls of the
association.
Article VI, Executive Board: Changed to read as follows:
The elected officers and past presidents of AFPCA shall constitute the Executive Board which shall fix the place and
time for meetings and attend to necessary business between meetings within the policies established by the association at
regular meetings.
These changes to the By-Laws were adopted at the 22nd Annual Reunion of the AFPCA, at Williamsburg, VA, at the
General Membership Meeting, on September 25, 2012.

Amendment 2
By-Laws of the Air Force Postal and Courier Association

The following Articles of the AFPCA By-Laws are changed or added as indicated.
1.
Article IX – Amendment of By-Laws: Change to read: Article X - Amendment of
By-Laws

Add: Article IX – Dissolution.
a.
In the event the membership votes to dissolve the AFPCA, the President shall appointment a committee of
not less than 3 members to oversee the disposition of organizational assets and resources.
b. The Committee shall ensure the debts of the association are fully satisfied, bank accounts are closed, and any
remaining funds are distributed in one or more of the following ways:
(1) Awarded as scholarships to deserving students IAW Scholarship Program guidelines.
(2) Donated to a non-profit veterans organization.
(3) Pay the prorated cost of Registration Fees for members with paid up dues.
c. None of the assets or holdings of the AFPCA shall be divided among its members. However, memorabilia
donated by members should be returned to them if so desired by the members.
These changes to the By-Laws were adopted on September 26, 2013, at the General Membership Meeting, 23rd Annual
Reunion of the AFPCA, at San Diego, CA.
