Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For information or to register, call the number listed underneath the course description. A session is defined as the number of classes a participant should attend to get the most value from the educational experience. The number of sessions does not imply a limit to the number of classes a Kaiser Permanente member may attend. Fees and Refund Policy Class fees vary depending on the class and your health plan coverage.* See class listings for fee information, if applicable. The fee refund policy may vary depending on the class and sponsoring department. Call the phone number listed for the specific class for more information. Generally, our refund policies are as follows: • Most class fees are nonrefundable. On the rare occasions that we must cancel or reschedule a class, we will gladly refund your fees or transfer you to another class. • If you cannot attend a class, we ask that you call at least two business days before the first class to transfer to another date or class. Fees can only be transferred within six months of the originally scheduled class. • No refunds are given after the second session of a multiple-session class. *Program fees listed are subject to change and may depend on your health plan coverage. Do you feel like you can’t talk about a loved one’s substance abuse? Chemical dependency treatment may help. Beauty professionals teach simple techniques for skin care, makeup, and nail care, and give practical tips on hair loss, wigs, and head coverings. Each participant receives a complimentary beauty kit to use during the workshop and to take home. Open to the community. No class fee.
