Planning Board Ad Hoc Sign CommitteeMunicipalities have recently been required to
re-write Sign Ordinances following a Supreme
Court ruling Reed v. Town of Gilbert. The town
sign ordinance was recently re-written to
ensure the code is content neutral. The NHBA
was allowed to provide input on this draft
ordinance that will be presented to the full
Planning Board and available for public
